We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Fred’s Resort. The place is clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is calming, and everything we needed was provided. Truly a great place to unwind and create beautiful memories. Highly recommended!
We stayed for 6 nights and we love it. Very spacious penthouse . We will comeback again someday for the 3rd time. A little bit far to the city but its worth it. My kids loves that the room are big, have our own roof too and a big balcony/terrace. The place has alot of potential. Not expensive for such a big and nice place to stay.
The location is excellent because it is located in the station 2. The room is clean but the cr dont have water drainage, only sa shower has. It is ok if the cr no drainage if the cr and the shower have small holes to pass the water to drain because the water in the CR will accumulate. We feel little discomfort since their service is a little late. We arrived at quarter to 2 to check in but the room still not ready. We are already in the room while they’re still changing the beddings. No wifey inside the room u need to go downstairs to connect to their wifi.

While the food selection could be improved with more variety, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We still had a great time and everything else exceeded our expectations.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be coming back!
Rating Shore Time in general since we had to be transferred to their station 1 branch due to ongoing renovations. Excellent choice whether it be the D’Mall location or Station 1. Strategic location and the amenities are good. The Station 1 branch has an Andok’s just a few steps away and a 24 hour cafe. It also is about 60 steps away from the beach. All in all, this was a refreshing experience as it was our first time staying at a location that was not at the beachfront and we will probably be staying here again.

The room was clean and comfortable—definitely worth the price for the service and cleanliness. You won’t feel grossed out by the bathroom floor at all.
Our host, Ate Lowi, was incredibly accommodating. She even offered us food and prayed for our safe travels. Out of all the hotels and transients we’ve stayed at, Ate Lowi was the only one who welcomed us with such warmth, like family.

Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
• Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
• Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.
