She was friendly, accommodating, and allowed me to store my bags both before my check-in and after my check-out. She was super helpful and provided me with guidance about navigating Wellington. She needs a raise. Overall average hotel coming from a former night guest service agent. The laundry facilities could be improved with free laundry powder, the rooms could be improved through offering additional soaps and tooth brush sets for customers who forget theirs', the carpet could be replaced which would give the hotel a face lift. There should always be something at reception greeting guests and helping them with their bags. There is no reason why their isn't a concierge available to help guests. In addition to this, the lights make the hotel feel depressing and old. Please, consider my feedback, someone with relevant experience working in a 4.5 star hotel.
