The rooms are nicely done, a hygienic washroom with hot water availability. The restaurant serves nepalese, ******* and italian cuisine which is mouthwatering and 5 stars to the chef. Special mention for the staff, it was an experience i would want to come back to and would recommend viewers also to experience india mandala

It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food. Personally I would not stay here again.

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming, the location is great and the facilities are clean. Food was excellent and the breakfast was well rounded. 10/10 would recommend.

I booked to stay one night with my father. Their staff are so amazing they changed the room immediately as my father could not walk too ***y stairs. So I would like to say their staff and hospitality is top notch. The room was really nice however there was a sound that came from the kitchen exhaust which was like a generator. So until the kitchen shut at 10pm this noise was there. This is the only negative part of my stay. The other suggestion I have is to have some room to do exercises or games room or something. Its an amazing property. Loved it.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and recently returned. While we still had a good overall experience, it seems the management may have changed. Back then, the property had beautiful traditional Sikkimese-style tents that gave it a unique charm and character. Unfortunately, it now feels like the hotel is being modernized, and it has lost a bit of that special atmosphere that made it stand out. That said, the rest of the stay was still pleasant, with good service and comfort. Overall, still a nice place—but we do miss the original charm.

デオラリのタクシースタンドから歩ける距離で良かったです(近道の階段を利用すれば2〜3分で着きます。上りですが…)。他のサイトで予約したお客さんとオーバーブッキングになってしまったようでしたが、ホテルスタッフが上手に対応していました。無料の朝食もレストランのメニューから好きなものを選べました。シャワーの給湯器のスイッチが2箇所ある点の説明が無かったので、給湯器が壊れているのかと思いましたが、連絡したらすぐに来てくれて対応いただきました。備品の古さとゴキブリが気になりましたが、総じて良いホテルでした。

Parli boutique hotel has been fantastic. Neat tidy rooms, excellent service from the hotel staffs. Very responsive and quick for any room service. I had a thoroughly pleasant experience here, hence would like to recognize each staff as below: 1. Mr. Eric - he is one of the main staff at the hotel manages all. Hes been a fantastic and helpful person to interact with. In an emergency when i had to catch the flight and i was let down by a pure booked taxi, eric helped very quickly and i was put to the right cab driver to reach the airport just on time. 2. Nannu - reception staff. Shes also been very helpful and prompt in her service for any thing i reached out for. 3. Ganashyam was also providing very good room service. 4. Tshewang aron, sushant were food servers who were also very courteous and dedicated in their service. 5. Not to forget last but not least the important part food was very good in this hotel thanks to the dedicated and magical hands of the cooks and kitchen staffs -nitesh, shekhar and pranil. Overall i had a thoroughly happy experience at the hotel which is why i rate it 5/5 stars and i strongly recommend the travellers to choose this hotel in all aspects. It is little away from the real main road off the city gangtok but its not a reason to not choose the hotel ! this hotel suits all kinds of tourists whether solo or family.

Best hotel for bachelors. Relaxation at a beautiful peak and best place to chilll. Clean and comfy hotel in city centre we had a wonderful stay in charming hotel arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful l breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Sparrow Cherry. De locatie is perfect, vlakbij MG Road en rustig gelegen. Erg vriendelijk personeel, het eten was heerlijk. De kamer mag wel een lik verf gebruiken, alles werkt goed en is ok, alleen je ziet dat het hotel ouder is. Soms is het allemaal een beetje chaotisch, starttijden van het buffet die wisselen en als je dan kan eten is dr nog niks. Maar dat hoort ook wel een beetje bij India ;-). Buffetten zijn niet heel uitgebreid, maar alles wat er is is goed en lekker. Al met al zou ik het Sparrow Cherry warm aanbevelen.

Walking distance to MG Marg. To get to this hotel, from Hungry Jack Hotel, use stair case downward to the Mosque.. until end and turn left.
