Sinclairs Gangtok

Room service and every staff is cooperative and humble. I will give everyone suggestion it is perfect place to book. check for television bcz of there recharge otherwise their staff and everything is good and perfect and cooperative.

Great stay at Sinclairs.. good food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Karan was very helpful, and the rest of the staff there too! The view from the rooms is especially beautiful. The food was also fantastic. We had a great time. Hoping to come back again.

Located on uphill road of Gangtok, sinclairs is a spacious and decent property with all the basic amenities including the swimming pool.The hotels offers a picturesque view of hills and entire city.I booked the valentine room for my stay which turned out to be disappointing as in the name of goodies they only offered basic snacks.Staff was courteous and prompt in service. Hotel also has a dining area which offers multiple cuisines.We had booked the breakfast too and same was good in terms of taste and quality.

The service was expectional and atmosphere warm and safe.Right from reception to housekeeping everything was outstanding. We had a room overlooking view panoramic of Gangtok. Awesome view. The room is very big to accomodate more the two people. Had a very great stay with lots of care. Special Thanks to Mr Sanyal and Ms Bijayeta for making our stay memorable.

Comfortable Stay. Two Nights to remember a lifetime .Staffs were courteous .Though I believe the buffet of breakfast might have more no. Of options which would add to its awesomeness . The pool is awesome but missing temperature control....Overall a nice, cosy,comfy stay with family

I stayed in Sinclairs for 3 nights in their premium rooms which had beautiful views of the city and a cute balcony to overlook the city below. The rooms are very spacious and well organised. Their lift also has the same beautiful view and it was a pleasure staying there. The breakfast was good and we also had dinner at the restaurant where the North Indian was good but Chinese is not recommended at all.

Amazing is one word to sum up the overall experience over 11 days. Right from the reception, porting of the luggage, welcome drinks, 3 refreshments, breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything was great, despite we being de***ding. Every single day the room service and restaurant was impeccable. The eye for details and course correcting on every feedback is worth the praise. Very well done. The service and rooms are phenomenal with very attentive staff that will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Fabulous experience. Will definitely recommend to stay here and enjoy the sights and sounds of Gangtok. Hotel is close to MG road marketplace and other sights and attractions

The Sinclairs Gangtok experience was too good, will remember this forever and we are sharing our moments with our friends and relatives. The premium room overall looks , the cleanliness maintained daily, the room service, the staff were so welcoming and were extremely polite. 24 hrs hot water provision, changing of towels etc. all were done so efficiently. Everything was perfectly placed, be it the tea bag section or washroom essentials. The view from the balcony was just beautiful, we also could see a part of Kanchenjunga clearly. Talking about the food , the quality and variety is praiseworthy. Specially during breakfast. All types of food be it south indian or chinese or continental all were excellent. Never can forget the golden prawn dish prepared by Sandip - the Chinese food specialist. Another thing to mention, was the "Do you know" wall hangings in each floor, it shares ***y unknown facts about the place. I liked that concept very much. So our advice for all, do have a stay here for atleast 4 days , you will have a great experience. Some suggestions, if a small wall clock be placed somewhere in the room, it would be easy to make a track of time. Another one, you could include a little shop of local handicrafts/ gift items within your premises. Ok, see you all again ...
