Wonderful experience in Udaan Woodberry Hotel And Spa. We were very upset when we found out that there is no view in the premium room,Ms. Suparna was able to resolve it and provide us with a partial view room. It sounds like we had an enjoyable tour overall, and the service made a positive impact on our experience.And Ms. Chung Chung from the housekeeping team took great care of our requests, On time .so we are happy with the Udaan Woodbury whole team.

This is in no way eligible for a 4 * hotel. We as a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens and 2 kids checked in last week. Firstly the travel agent who booked our hotel cheated us as we explicitly asked for a 4 and above star premium hotel but when we entered the reception said you will get a normal room with no view. We thought its mistake of our agent so we took it but this room ended up next to reception. 1. The whole time the noise was so much that we were waiting on when we will check out from the place. 2. The food and the staff there are very rude - We are from south India and we needed curd and there was no provision. First day they said they will give and gave a tiny bowl which was not even good enough for 1 person. The staff who serves at the restaurant shows a lot of difference, with some customers they behave as if they will move mountains for them but with us they were very rude and there is no basic courtesy they showed. 3. My son who is just 7 was eating with his hand and the one of the staff lady comes and says "spoon se khaaya karo bacha" - Who the hell is she to dictate my child on whether to eat with spoon or hand. 4. One day by mistake one glass in the room fell down and broke, we went to reception to tell them that it broke. Just one glass which is used to drink water, their first response is not about arranging someone to clean it but they wanted to tell us we will be charging for it. I have not seen such cheapo people and they call themselves 4 * and the cost for that 1 glass was Rs. 250 that they charged. 5. Room size is so small and we were 2 adults and 2 kids and after luggage there was no place to even move and the bathrooms are worst, you take bath and the whole water will fall in to dustbin and wet the paper towel because thats all the place is This hotel is very very far away from Gangtok which makes it even worse. Please don't be cheated.

Nice food and room service was excellent and locations is good but view point was missing and housekeeping was excellent entrance was excellent also spa services was available quick response and services also room wifi was available overall good

The rooms at udaan Woodberry are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. All staff were friendly and helpful Especially thanks to reception team Eden, Dawa,Suparna,ayush and Amin .

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Gangtok. Mr. Dawa, Ms. Suparna, Sarita and Amit from their staff have been amazing hosts. Thank you for your services. I travelled solo and for me, this was a perfect place to stay. Until next time I am in Gangtok again!!!
