The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

Extended stay.. No complaints, ita a low budget hotel, not tiptop clean but its clean enough for me, ac and water heater all made it, bed ok, not too soft nor hard, it has a small cafeteria that provides breakfast for free, a small convenient store, come stay here if you have shoestring budget like me.. Location is best as far as Pekanbaru is concern..it's along Jalan Sudirman, check out the no-pork no-lard Anom chinese seafood restaurant opposite the hotel..it serves traditional chinese food, very big portion, decent price..

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่เรามาที่ Pekan Baru กับประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่โรงแรม Khas การต้อนรับที่อบอุ่นมากจากทีมงาน ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แต่ไม่มีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก เศร้ามาก 😣 สําหรับทีมผู้บริหาร โปรดทราบ เรามีปัญหากับฝักบัวอาบน้ํา แต่ทีมจัดการแก้ปัญหาได้ทันท่วงที ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สนามบินประมาณ 20 นาที ง่ายต่อการรับ Grab / Maxime ทางด้านขวาของโรงแรมมี Makam Pahlawan และสิ่งที่ดีที่สุด RM Pagi Sore อยู่ตรงข้ามกับโรงแรม 🤩

พวกเราได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีเยี่ยมจากโรงแรมนี้ การบริการของพวกเขาก็เทียบเท่ากับโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวอื่นๆ

ที่นี่เป็นที่พักที่สะดวกสบายมาก เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนเพื่อหาอาหารและช้อปปิ้งได้ง่าย พนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม ครั้งต่อไปฉันจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้อีกแน่นอน

Good location near to mall, decent room size, decent breakfast spread. Fast response customer service and staff. Experience power trip in the room a couple of times but immediately recover. It will be good if hotel can maintain affordable rate as it is keep going up over the years. Overall experience is good

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

A good experience for a solo traveller! They got smart TV can switch on YOUTUBE (A MUST for me)
