The staff was exceptional, the the room was clean. The property should be priced under $100 a night as it needed some major attention. Code violations with uncovered electric plates and electrical equipment. Rusty toilet paper holder, mop board not attached or missing. Property has potential, but inexpensive updates would help appeal. Price, first importance, marquee with letters, no words...all rooms under 100! Plants in lobby would make better first impression, details, details details. Room overpriced!

Rundown. Did not use the shower as there was a huge hole in the wall just above the shower head. Towels did not appear clean. There were several holes in the wall throughout the room. Missing piece to add lock secondary lock in front door. AC kept making a banging sound all night.

I'm sure this is a property where people live in transition, I had extension cords running from my room under a locked door to the room next to me. The furniture is very old and dirty. The room smelled musty and there was no security lock on the inside of the door.
Was told the pool was not in use due to an investigation of some sort. Paint was chipping off the walls and the toilet ran all night

Not a good place to stay. I only stayed here bc they were the cheapest but now I'm okay ng a cheaper price for a more spacious room in a better hotel.

This place gets five stars from me the staff is so friendly and curteous. Rooms are clean and spacious. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. And they are the cheapest in town you can't beat that. I will most definitely be staying here next time I'm in town.

I would not recommend this hotel staff was rude the first room we got had ants coming out the faucet on the tub when we told management he didn’t believe us and went to the room to check then he moved us to another room only to see cockroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night never again worst ever

Ronda are spacious enough for the family as well as comfortable enough for a solo business trip. Great people that's associated with the place. Just an overall great experience

Perfect for the family, nice sized rooms and beds, staff accommodations are excellent, exceedingly hospitable. The property manager is a great guy, communative and personally understanding towards the tenants.
