This hotel bit old property need refurbishment. Dated bedding, room with no ceiling light, old carpet, old furnitures, no power socket at bedhead. Charging only at dressing table & pantry. Room rate does not worth with the room condition. Breakfast buffet is ok. Hotel location is good where you can walk 600m radius to riverfront, mosque, bazaar, wet market, restaurant & museum.

Probably the best hotel in KB. Good enough for the price. Got everything you need. Very quiet, esp. if you got the River view.

The hotel needs a new concept more to refurbish. Nothing to wow about. Breakfast can be better. We got an old towel with a hole on it. We found a group of ants on our side table.

I booked 2 rooms for my family and loving the room. It was super cold. The hotel is old but its well maintained. Not varieties of breakfast choices but it was suffice. Goin here again for next trip in kelantan

I feel very comfortable to stay in Grand Riverview kotabharu with family, staff are very good and the cleanliness also good.
The breakfast menu needs to be improved because everyday we get the same thing on the plate.
I will recommend this hotel to be staying when come back to Kotabharu

The receptionist is not really friendly. Water shower a bit slow. There is no switch on/off controller for the air conditioner. Very chill for the whole night although i already adjusted the temperature. But the room and bed are very spacious. Swimming pool also nice. Breakfast menu also tempting.
