This Hotel is in need of updating The food in the buffet restaurant is average at best not 5* as rated On the Plus side the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff work hard to keep it this way The Al La Carte restaurant is very good we were made very welcome by George the restaurant manager who was excellent George is definitely one of the hotels pluses The bedrooms need updating but the beds were very comfortable and again spotless The main bar wasn’t stocked as it should have been although the staff did their best unfortunately the management need to sort out the supplies most of the branded drink were not available The entertainment staff were great especially Jacqueline who was very friendly and sociable definitely an asset to the hotel

We have enjoyed our week at this hotel. It is clean and tidy. Rooms are serviced every day. Lovely views from our balcony, looking across to Turkey. The restaurant was good, with a self service buffet, providing a wide selection of food that varied daily. Staff were very friendly and were well supervised by the restaurant managers. It would have been good to have coffee available after each meal, as it only seemed to be there at breakfast. Some residents complained about the 5* rating, as they had higher expectations, but we suspected the rating was on local system based on available facilities. Being early season perhaps not everything was up and running and the Greek entertainment was cancelled. The hotel shop had very few customers. There were some areas that need updating, but we were happy with our week. We walked to Kos town and back every day (although buses are available), enjoying the good weather and scenery. Went on the catamaran day trip to Bodrum in Turkey, which we enjoyed. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday in your hotel.

This hotel is listed as a 4/5 star hotel. I would rate this as a 2 star at most. The staff that are there try their best to manage but they are grossly undermanned. This clearly impacts on the customers stay.The whole hotel is in need of a drastic overhaul. We stayed there on the ultra all inclusive package and I have to say that it was anything but that. The carpets in the bedrooms were dirty, stained and ill fitted. There was a flood on the landing of the fifth floor that we reported to the hotel. They told us that this was known to them and was an ongoing problem due to the laundry that was on the fifth floor. However it took them five days to sort this problem out. We tried three of the Ala carte restaurants that are in fact linked together. Even being on the Ultra all inclusive package there were certain items that had an additional cost. There were only four choices on the menus but there was at least one of each choice not available. Therefore with you having to pay extra for some of the food choices reduced the menu further. The food in the buffet was good with a good variety each night. However the tables and chairs were tatty and need to be replaced. The main bar was good but they did from time to time run out of the quality drinks that were supposed to be supplied and even on a number of evenings ran out of tonic water. The staff in here did try to assist but it seemed that this was out of their hands. There was meant to be a red roof bar with views however this was closed whilst we were there, and the staff told us that this had not been open all year. But is still in the advert. The pool bar supplied the drinks in one time plastic cups which were not what you would expect of a 4/5 star holiday, they are also not good for the environment. They also ran out of the quality drinks. The pools were good but the chairs were dirty, broken and dangerous. There were plenty of parasols but 90% of them were ripe and torn. We went down to the beach once and that was enough. The decking and fencing leading to the beach was broken and dangerous. The loungers and parasol were all in a bad state of repair and in need of replacing. The pool bar only had soft drinks and no snacks that were advertised. The beach shower was disgusting and need to be replaced. The whole pool area was scruffy and untidy littered with cigarette butts. Compared to other beach areas along the same stretch. It was very pool or Awful! Overall this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in - the biggest issues for us was the quality of fittings, distinct lack of staff and limited drinks on offer without having to pay extra. Yes we did try to complain but with TUI you have to put it in writing and await a response - we did but they only came back saying we will respond within 24 hours but they didn’t and still haven’t - so TUI added to the poor standard and ruined holiday further Their rep on sight is merely there to promote excursions and will not /cannot deal with complaint

1st time to Kos . And won’t be last thanks to this hotel experience . Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming . The host was amazing especially the restaurant’s team we really enjoyed the holiday. Hotel grounds very clean and spacious . Very well managed. we look forward to coming back again. Thank you so much.

Firstly please read my other reviews I feel I am a trusted Tripadvisor reviewer This hotel I am sure in its day was a quality 5* Hotel Unfortunately it is quite dated and definitely not now a 5* Hotel The Hotel is absolutely Spotless no complaints there The rooms are dated but amazing views and comfortable beds again spotless and the maids do a great job The pool area is again spotless but really dated in need of repair in places The main restaurants food is very average at best Now to the amazing service in the specialty restaurant George the restaurant manager is on the next level he is definitely 5* I can not speak highly enough of him and his staff Oxanna was also very good the food is excellent if only it was the same in the buffet restaurant Drinks We paid for the ultra all inclusive unfortunately only a few of the drinks listed were available very disappointing We managed to meet the manager Thomas he was very polite and helpful he definitely seems as though he will turn the hotel around the owners need to back his vision money needs to be spent to pull the once magnificent hotel back to its once 5* rating The good definitely out ways the bad The great staff make a difference they definitely try to make your experience special

Can't express how good this hotel is, amazing staff, all were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the whole hotel. Food was wonderful with huge choices, couldn't find fault with anything. Restaurant and Bar staff provided an excellent service- Evangelos, Georgia (the Maitre D, training up the young waiters- Busan and Saga), Triantafilos and Rana, a service to be proud of. We would definitely go again.

Just got back from a lovely week in this classy older style hotel. Yes its a bit dated but its great quality throughout. Fantastic views from our large side sea view room. Food was good Georgia, Vagelis and the Matre D'Triton restaurant looked after us so well. Red wine a bit dodgy but on the whole we loved this place. Great value.

Where do I start Before I do there are couple of good points but only a couple The hotel is really dated is probably the best way to describe it This is far from a 5* hotel I feel I am a trusted Tripadvisor contributor and always fair If you have booked this hotel thinking your getting 5* please if you can change your booking this hotel is probably 3* at best The food in the main restaurant is poor bland food and poor choices we have paid for the upgrade on the all inclusive and it’s definitely not worth it the drinks are average draft beer is poor although bottled is ok Everything about this hotel is tired The best thing by far is definitely the staff who do their best to help great service Would I stay here again NO not even for free

Just came back last night from an amazing week at this hotel. Everything about it was great. The new managers, Thomas and Georgia, were so welcoming and they, and all the staff, could not do enough for us. They were all so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was varied, plentiful and always delicious. The house wines, red, white and rose were also very nice. The meal times were broad so even if we went out we could still get to the restaurant for our meals. They also offered a late night buffet which was useful as our flight was delayed and arrived at 10pm, and an early continental breakfast for early risers or early leavers at 6.30am. The hotel is really beautiful and spacious. There were plenty of places both in the sun and shade to relax and look at the wonderful views. The pools were clean and there was a variety of places to sit, more than enough sunbeds as well as tables and chairs near the pool bar which served drinks, coffee and food. There were varied activities available during the day. Our room was big with a lovely view of the sea and the cleaners did a fab job every day, leaving bottles of water and replacing shower gels etc. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. In the evenings in the bar there was entertainment each evening, singers, games and disco etc. Cocktails and all drinks were included in our deal so we spent virtually nothing during our week apart from our trips into Kos town which is a short distance away, walkable but also easy to get to by bus or by cab which was 10 euros, and once booked at reception was outside in minutes. Psalidi itself, where the hotel is based, is also nice with the hotel's private beach area with sunbeds and shades just a few minutes walk away and water sports just starting to open up. The other guests all seemed nice and we made some new friends. We had a really great time at the Kypriotis Panorama, can't recommend it enough and would love to go back!
