"The service was good especially the front desk staff, Ahmed, Jay and Vickey. Amenities in terms of gym and spa are good. No room service. A/C a little temperamental. Rooms are large and comfortable especially for families. Personally I liked the location lots of good places to eat and services nearby. It’s also peaceful and green with great views from some rooms"
"I arrived a bit earlier, but my room was not ready. Okay, I can understand that.
Going to the bell desk they tell me I need to pay when I get my luggage. Once I got my luggage, no one asked me to pay.
I had a breakfast included but was leaving too early: of course, they do not provide lunch boxes, although they do sell them.
The service is rather bad for a 300$ room."
"Room was clean. Maid service was prompt and excellent. The Garden Cafe was extremely convenient for breakfast and an early start. The one complaint I have: we called the front desk to ask where the Ice machine was. We were told that they would send ice up to the room. The ice never arrived."
"This was our fifth visit to The Lyle. It is situated in a perfect location to access most sites by foot, and is only a short walk from a Metro station. Rooms are well decorated, with plenty of space, individual AC units and Nespresso machines alongside an incredibly comfortable bed. There is a gym situated on the lower level which is sufficient for a hotel stay, and a lovely bar and restaurant off the lobby. Staff are always friendly and helpful throughout our stays."
