"The room was nice and clean however, there is no fridge in the room. The aircon was not working, when we tried to call the reception multiple times to help us fix the issue but no one pick up even though we called multiple times. The parking lot is at the mainbuilding and we stayed in the other building which is across the street and doesn't have the reception desk. It says there is parking provided but you still have to pay 23 euro for 24 hours. In the end they waived this for us since the aircon didn't work and they didn't fix it. The coffee provided was nice. The hotel is quite in the night but during the day there was some construction noice since there are some renovations going on around in the area."

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice war jeder Mitarbeiter aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man spürt, dass hier echter Servicegedanke gelebt wird. Mein Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und konnte meinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage. Und besonders angenehm: In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten – was heutzutage absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist! Insgesamt ein großartiges Hotel mit tollem Team, hoher Sauberkeit und idealer Lage. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"

"I spent 2 nights there which was really lovely ~~ location is convenient, 5mins’ walking distance to Cologne Cathedral & the station ~~ staff there r warm and considerate , I hurt my knees badly after TMB hiking, they tried best to help on this . Nice experience, I would like to stay there again next time when I go to cologne :)"

"Apartment is very new and its a short walk to the Cologne cathedral and christmas markets. It is easy to find eateries in the vicinity and supermarket is close by too. I had a problem with the key card as if cannot be used to open the door, had to wait for IT guy from other site to get to at for 2 hours. Once resolved all went well."
