"Great place! Very nice service. The owner, who is very friendly, speaks perfect English. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice Chinese breakfast with possibility of occidental option. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant too.
Concerning the location, it is perfect to visit the monastery as it is very close."

"We are really grateful to 索南仁青 (Emilio) for the top notch service rendered to us and appreciative for going the extra mile to help us. My friend was resting in the room and had altitude sickness and he actually quickly informed us as we are out for sight seeing. He even checked with us the following day on his condition even though we have already left the place. He also gave us an introduction of ******* traditional medicine, doing some handmade incense and some gesture gifts to us. We would recommend travellers who are looking for a place to stay, this is the one!"

"Aside from not being able to help with logistics getting to/from, the hotel was good.
Clean big rooms facing the river. Excellent quality bedding and furniture. Beautiful ******* property with a cozy common room full of lush vegetation.
Great location - walking distance to the attractions.
Staff is always there and always helpful.
The only point where they fell short is not being able to help with advice or coordinate any transportation to and from Xiahe. If you stay there, investigate and confirm all bus times on your own, and arrange yoir own transport.
Otherwise, the accommodation itself is perfect."

"Incredible stay at the Xicheng Inn. The hotel is very cozy with fascinating decor. I loved spending time in the third-floor library, filled with cultural artifacts, games, and books – you'll never get bored! The hospitality from the hotel staff is also unmatched. I stayed alone but never felt lonely. They take guests on walks around the city to discover ******* culture. I recommend staying here not only for the comfort of the hotel but also for the wonderfully warm atmosphere.

"I hate giving a negative review, as the owner was very nice, and the building itself is quite nice.
But there's no reason for such a high price, for what you get.
The room was nice, but with underfloor heating it was very cold. They brought us a space heater, and we kept the card key in place, door unlocked, so it was bearable. But for $38 it should have been easier.
It's right next to a great restaurant, which is worth it if you want to splurge. The walk up the hill is steep, and one taxi driver refused to go up
Again, the owner is a nice guy, but there are much cheaper (and warmer) options."

"我們是因為孩子在這邊上大學 我和我老公打算來這裏看看有沒有什麼機遇做點什麼 在合作待了幾天 覺得悶得慌 就到了附近的夏河玩 在網上看到了這家雲上民宿 我們是在攜程網看的 覺得評分很高 去了也覺得很好 村子很乾凈 甚至能找到童年時期的感覺 老闆非常熱情 人真的很好很好 老闆在燉肉 我老公一直唸叨好香好香 後來老闆真的給我們送來一盤肉 説實話真的太感動了 真的在上海這麼多年一直覺得北上廣是一個人情很淡薄的城市 沒想到在這裏真的體會到人情的温暖 真的特別感謝🙏 房間也是非常乾淨 總體覺得很舒服很舒心 傍晚我還和我老公一起在村子裏散步 感覺真的很棒 第二天退房的時候老闆也是再三叮囑我們開車要慢一點 要注意安全 真的特別感動特別感謝🙏 在這裏感謝老闆健健康康平平安安順順利利 祝老闆生意興隆財源廣進 以後有機會還要去 老闆人特別親切 像父親一樣"
