"ห้องพักดีมาก มีครัวส่วนกลาง ให้ทำอาหาร ทำให้ฉันประหยัดค่าอาหารไปเยอะมาก และที่ชอบเลยคือสะอาดและปลอดภัย ราคาไม่แพง ฉันอยู่ห้องพักรวมผู้หญิง บอกเลยเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี ฉันได้เจอเพื่อนใหม่เป็นชาวญี่ปุ่นและเจอคนไทย ที่ดีเลยพนักงานต้อนรับก็ดีมาก ยิ้มแย้มและอธิบายรายละเอียดต่างๆแม้ว่าภาษาของฉันจะไม่แข็งแรงก็ตาม โดยรวมดี อยากให้คนมาพักที่นี่จริงๆ"

"This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff."

"The room is clean and neat and equipped with refrigerator, electric power cooking oven and cutleries. Don’t know why Uber & Bolt are not willing to take the order in the morning …for travellers note , please be aware who wish to take a cab to airport in the morning"

"room it is clean and good, but that outside area is not so excellent. BTW: it is really pity for their service, i forgot a bank card in the room, which i insert ed to get the power, and i did not take it, in the same day night, we called them many time to let them help to find it, But they said not. That serivce is bad and not conside the customer well. I lose the bank card which cuased me too much trouble. Actually they only worry the trouble and did not ask the house keeper, very bad experience. Sorry......"

"First time in Brussels. First time at this hotel. A lovely experience all round. From the Concierge to the first floor check-in to the catering, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm afraid I didn't get everyone's name, but I remember Anel went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience. Hotel is located in a cleaner, calmer part of the city but the busier part is only a 15 minute walk away. There are convenience shops located nearby, so it is in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely plan to return."

"great location. Very friendly and helpful staffs at reception. Secure car park, car park entrance has size limitations for car. Breakfast is ok, a few additional asian options, order from menu such as dim sum, waffles etc, also inclusive from buffet breakfast price."

"ดี ที่จอดรถคืนละ 20 ยูโร สะดวกกว่าถ้าจะขับรถไปเอง อาหารเช้า 26 ยูโร ในห้องพักไม่มีแปรงสีฟันและยาสีฟัน ต้องนำมาเอง กรุณานำรองเท้าแตะมาเอง พื้นฐานแล้วไม่มีบริการอะไร นี่เป็นกรณีเดียวกันในยุโรป คุณต้องนำอุปกรณ์ของคุณมาด้วย ไม่มีน้ำแร่ให้ ต้องนำมาเองนะคะ หากคุณไม่ได้รับประทานอาหารเช้าที่โรงแรม คุณสามารถเตรียมอาหารแห้งไว้เองได้ สุขอนามัยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีเสียงดังบนถนน ควรนำผ้าเช็ดตัวมาเอง การจราจรในเบลเยียมแย่มาก โปรดขับขี่อย่างปลอดภัย"
