Very comfortable clean and affordable accommodations.
As a senior I find damage deposits initiated as a blanket policy are a poorly thought out principle. If a hotel has a record of previous stays that indicate that the client has not been the cause of a damage claim, or a noise complaint, or has not stolen towels or other items, or based on any other criteria the owner wishes to use as a measure of risk, then the damage deposit request is both inappropriate and a very negative reflection on the level of trust that the proprietor has on even their repeat customers.

The front desk staff were very courteous and able to recommend eating places near hotel. The motel is well maintained and the owner should be very proud of it. A motel built 60-70 years ago has been well treated by the owners. It is a pleasant break from the big sterilized commercial hotels/properties.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in! It is such a cute place and the service is phenomenal! I’m a clean freak and the first thing I do when I check in to a room is inspect the bed for any hair or stains and the bed sheets were SPOTLESS (not even a dust bunny) I can’t express enough how clean the room was which is very rare these days unless you’re staying at a 4 start hotel. The washroom was spotless as well and they even provided makeup wipes! Also there was a wireless charger provided in the room as well. The pool was beautiful and very inviting, my partner and I had so much fun hanging out by the pool. I can not stop raving about this place, I will not be coming to Kingston unless I can stay here! It is THAT good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cute, clean and friendly place to stay at.

Not sure why the ratings say this place is exceptional. It’s a motel and the two rooms I looked at smelled of mildew.

This was by far the best motel I have stayed in.
The owner's are super nice people and quite accommodating. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated and super clean. The pool area was very clean as well and swimming was great. They have a bbq on site so if u bring any thing you can cook on it. I would stay here again. I wish all motels were like this one

Heather was accommodating, the staff is so friendly, cheerful and upbeat (Shannon & Sarah) and helpful! We will be back for sure and highly recommend staying here when you’re visiting Kingston!
