Royal Grand Hotel

The hotel is somehow nice but when I badly need an additional assistance for additional toiletries, they are not able to provide it which is a very big hustle.

Das Hotel ist an der Super Lage. Es hat kein riichtigen Service und auch kein Restaurant. Das Hotel sollte umgebaut werde. Die Dusche und Badewande ist ecklich. mann soll aufpasen das der Duschkopf nicht auf dem Kopf fehlt.

They didn’t have a restaurant when we were visiting which may be because of the war, I assume. Apart from that the hotel is lovely and staff very helpful. They kindly booked our train tickets and made sure we had everything we needed.

The Grand Royal Hotel is anything but grand or royal. Honestly, it barely qualifies as a hotel. The grandiose name, a decent set of interior photos, great location, and affordable room rates totally lured me into booking my very first visit to Kyiv there. The vast majority of guests are from the Middle East. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. I love the Middle East and have enjoyed traveling there many, many times. While I did see a few friendly families staying at the hotel, most guests were single men or pairs of young men. This possibly explains why there were so many young scantly dressed, Ukrainian women, jostling their way in and out of the lobby... After three nights of interrupted sleep caused by loud arguments, drunken singing, snoring, and sex-related moaning penetrating the thin walls of my room from those surrounding it, I finally had to check out of the Grand Royal Hotel. In addition to the great location, the only really good thing I can say about this tired hotel is the reception staff. They were always kind and helpful and actually gave me a full refund for the three nights I didn't stay there. The Grand Royal Hotel has a lot of potential to provide a much, much better hotel experience. But management is clearly neglecting this opportunity.

This hotel is a total nightmare. The receptionists are the worst i have ever seen in my life. They ignore all your requests.. During my stay i asked them to send housekeeping to my room a few times but they always said ok but never send it for 4 days. . They don’t provide toiletries or complimentary bottle water as well.. No minibar, no kettle and the wi-fi is not stable.. This hotel treats you as a fool cash providers rather than a guests.. I highly recommend you to stay away from this place…

Di Grand hotel ha solo l'insegna il resto è davvero una bettola scadente. Servizio 0/10 personale bugiardo e sgarbato. Ho prenotato una camera con 2 letti singoli al check in chiedo conferma che la camera abbia 2 letti singoli e per ben 2 volte mi viene garantito... Sorpresa appena entro in camera vedo un bel letto matrimoniale.... Scendo per chiedere spiegazioni e mi viene detto che c'era solo quella Camera disposizione.... Allora perché 1 minuti prima mi era stato garantito che avesse 2 letti singoli???? Non bastava essere onesti da subito... Location 1/10 comoda perché in centro Kiev... Ma da fuori sembra un cantiere. Pulizia 0/10 camera sporca e tenuta anche male Conto 2/10 per quello che offre decisamente caro. EVITARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Забронировали номер на 21-23 сентября для гостя. Ориентировались по фото на сайте. На поселение приехали к 14:00, ещё около полу часа ожидали на "ресепшене" пока уберут номер. Ресепшн - дикий стыд, просто столик перед входной дверью. Из потолков торчат трубы, интерьер страшный и старый. Гость остался одну ночь, и утром были вынуждены съехать. Ничего общего по фото и реальности нет. ОТОПЛЕНИЯ в номере НЕТ!!! И это при 6 градусах за окном! По телефону, когда бронировали, сказали что есть "разные завтраки". Оказывается даже ресторана/столовой своей нет, а под "разными завтраками" имели ввиду рестораны вокруг отеля. Оплата за 2 ночи произвелась при поселении, но даже объяснив ситуацию, вернуть деньги за следующую ночь отказали. Крайне не советую данное место, если не хотите такого разочарования в поездке!
