There is broken trim on both door and cupboards in bathroom, water damage or mold growing under paint above shower, broken linoleum in kitchen, one of the burners was not put in the stove top, the burner plates looked like they should have been replaced 2 years ago, never got one of the pillows we were missing that we alerted the front desk to, beds ultra firm, pillow case not on pillows, after being woken every 20 minutes from 11pm to 4:50 am due to field workers filling their buckets and garbage bags with ice inconsiderate awaking us, management agreed to put a sign on Ice machine but never did, saw a cockroach or beetle of some kind crawling alongside one of the mattresses, room did not smell good. Do not stay here...

The Kitchenette is why I chose KI&S, but there were no dishes! No pots, pans, plates, utensils.
Fine, whatever.
But what really surprised me was there was no toilet paper..?!
Not something you want to find out you’re lacking when you need it.
There were a few other items, like an open safety pin on the carpet, the shower curtain didn’t seem to be waterproof, small things like that.
Not the worst stay, & was mostly just interested in having a bed to sleep on, which was decent.

The door looked as of it had been kicked in and not repaired so it didn't lock but just pushed open.
The power and wifi was off for the two days we were there. There wasnt even an end table for the phone to sit on

Numerous cigarette burns and stains on bedding, stained towels, condition of finishings extremely worn. It was only $65, but the picture is definitely did not reflect the condition.

Property is being rehabbed and is just barely adequate at present. This is not the fault of the new owners who went to a lot of effort to get us into a unit with a stove, a unit which otherwise would not have been available. The stove was needed to cook a ham for a multifamily Thanksgiving event at another location. IMO this will be a fine facility when the new owners are finished with their work at present, if you are intending to use the kitchen, bring everything you will want to have as nothing is provided, i.e., all the cupboards were empty.

This place is dirty stained towel no toilet paper on the roll stains all over the furniture the tv was broken and leaning to the right and the picture glitched in and out it was awful you could hear people walking around and talking like they were right next to you. It was awful

The room picture on the website was absolute Fantasyland. What a Joke! Our room was rundown and sort of creepy. It was also vastly unsafe as the door jamb had obviously been kicked in sometime in the past. It didn't lock properly (too loose) and we ended up positioning one of the (mis-matched) table chairs under the handle for our safety. The only light in the bedroom area was a broken floor lamp. At least it worked when we plugged it into a wall socket. The bed side tables were old and scarred with what appeared to be cigarette burns. And one of the side tables held the TV. The carpet was stained and grimy. The whole room was dark and badly in need of a paint job with all the marks on the walls. Also, the outside door at the far end of the building from the check-in area was broken. Not a safe feeling.
Kennewick Inn and Suites will have to go a looooong way before we ever book there again.

We stayed the night on our way home. I looked at the pictures and it looked nice. When we arrived the parking lot was sketchy, the door was locked you had to call a phone number to be let in to check in. The room was severely outdated. It was dirty, very run down and so many things needed replaced. The toilet seat was so worn down you could see wood. There was mold under the handle in the bathtub. There was a bar of soap in the shower from previous guests. Hotel unwilling to do anything to make this right.

Large rooms, unsavory characters staying in the building. We also found a bed bug. Freaked me out! Needs updating. Found it hard to believe it was a $150 deposit. I heard the front desk lady tell someone else on the phone it was $50. If you have to stay here is a deal, but don't expect to sleep. Open *********s on the premises.
