หลังจากการอดอาหาร บัตรเครดิตของ Ctrip ไม่ใช่เงินหยวน แต่เป็นเงินยูโร และไม่สามารถออกตั๋วได้ และโรงแรมก็ไม่สามารถเปิดได้ โปรดคิดเกี่ยวกับการชำระเงินคืน

Comfortable, clean hotel operated by friendly, helpful staff. Close to tram service giving easy access to all areas in Istanbul. Great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Great place to stay for the traveller who wants to explore Istanbul.

good hotel and welcoming staff,everthing is ok ,clean rooms and nearby tramvay and metrostation,breakfast is ok,nearby supermarkets and restaurants and friday bazaar also nearby,there are many types of rooms ,from double bed to family room that have four beds.

This is a three stars, not a four stars hotel as claimed, but it is good overall. +Staff were friendly and helpful + Breakfast was not bad + Cleanliness was good overall + Beds and pillows were comfortable - Our room was small - Hotel needs some renovation

This hotel is the worst I saw in 20 years. Website pictures are not corresponding to the reality. Not clean at all!!!! Bathroom very small. No minimum space needed. Insects are like home. Window view is not inspiring. Address to avoid.

If you want egg for brekest you need to extra pay 30 lira Small room Wifi signal poor also staff is very rude.Very disipoented.This hotel have 4 star for me this.hotel worth 2 stars.Never again in this hotel.

don't believe a pictures in the website, the hotel hotel room is too small and dirty bad smell in room , you cant even sleep on that bad, i canceled my reservation after one night, and thy don't wanna give me my refund for the days left on my reservation, ohhh no, the free breakfast its the good part because you will pay for coffee and other things, the hotel recaption they are rude staff and no respectable.
