"Used this Motel during a layover in DFW. Airport shuttle was easy and convenient, just call the number they provide upon arrival and they will send a shuttle within 20 minutes. They had set shuttle times for the morning which made it convenient to get to the airport as well. Motel itself was bare minimum but you don’t really need much for a layover so it is good enough!"
"We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing."
"Easy place to stopover from the airport. GREAT breakfast choices! Wish they would not use single use plastic though. Make sure to request a room away from the ice machine, as its use at 4:30 AM woke me up and kept me up. :/"
ผผู้เข้าพักGreat location and friendly staff. Fast airport shuttle and great breakfast. It’s a new hotel with a great shower. But hotels sell a good night’s sleep and we hardly slept a wink. The air unit turned on and off throughout the night not keeping a consistent temperature. Too hot or too cold. The air unit was loud and kept waking us up. If this was repaired I would stay here again but no way to be sure so I won’t risk another night of bad sleep.

As his flight was delayed he came 12 am to hotel unfortunately stuff of the hotel was rude even thought they didn’t let my driver to get in they requested extra money I do understand for early check in payment but it was not early check in it was whole another payment don’t reccoment
KKoos1007Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien.
Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje...
Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht.
Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.
