"Casablanca Hotel is a unique boutique stay inspired by Moroccan and Mediterranean design, creating a romantic, old-world atmosphere. "We had a couple of issues , one of the rooms had a person sitting in it (room 603) incredibly strange she had her luggage in hand like she was just chilling in there. It was 6pm by the time we got to the room so no excuse for a woman being in there - if the room was cleaned the keys should have been changed ? The service was good they got us a new room but it changed the vibe . Also when I was checking in the valet wrote the wrong name on the car so when I went to leave even though I had a ticket that matched my car they didn’t want to to give me the car causing me to be standing loading the car in the heat and unable to turn it on . I had to get a manager to get them to hand me the key with no apologies.  As a diamond member I always stay at Hilton’s and I hope this was just a one off experience but glad I only choose this location for one day of my stay. The food was also very low quality the salon had bones and the morning breakfast was equal to a low level continental breakfast .  Best parts - Starbucks , great views , kid friendly …maybe too kid friendly Worst parts - food overpriced - 2 star food eat local it tastes better Beach is very very covered in sea **** ."

"Small but comfortable hotel near old town. We stopped for an overnight stay before catching the cruise. Conveniently located short distance from airport, cruise terminal and a few restaurants."

"The location itself was not bad, but for paying this much for a hotel of this caliber, having to pay for parking that is not dedicated to the hotel itself was a little bit of a nuisance. The staff at the front were friendly. They helped us get check in to our room on the seventh floor, and they had a great attitude and service skills. The room itself was fairly clean. The only reason I took one point off out of five is due to the fact that there was some bunched up hair behind the towel in the shower. Other than that, the room was nice and quite comfortable. Our stay overnight was uneventful, with no noise or interruptions. Everything was conveniently located on our floor and we were situated far from the elevator as requested. My biggest complaints are the staff at the bar/breakfast lounge and the amenities provided. There were a little to no amenities. All we were given was an $18 voucher for food or drinks and a $9 voucher for drinks only, both redeemable at the bar/breakfast lounge. This was a little bit annoying as there was not even a continental breakfast as found at cheaper hotels than this one. In addition, the food voucher barely covered the price of any of the selections, and the drink voucher was only usable for one drink, even if we tried to get two drinks within the $9 value. If we did try to get two drinks of $4.50, they would say that the voucher was only good for one drink up to $9 (which is not specified on the details of the voucher). To make things worse. The vouchers were treated more as coupons, so we still had to pay taxes on the price of the whole meal and drinks for the two vouchers that already did not provide enough for a small breakfast for two. Overall, the amenities provided were the bare minimum for a hotel of this price: Gym Pool Basic room service Blow dryer Clothes steamer Limited cable TV Ice machine Wi-Fi Guest laundry Bar The penny-pinching of this hotel was next level. From the lackluster vouchers to the nonexistent complementary breakfast, I was shocked at how little they provided at such a high price. If I had known this was going to be the case, I would have rather paid the extra money to stay at the Sheraton hotel right across the street.  Overall, our stay overnight was still pleasant and comfortable. But we were unimpressed with the services and amenities provided for the price we paid. I would only recommend this place if you were looking for a “fancy/high class” place to stay overnight and are not interested in paying extra for other amenities. Even still, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is comfortable, I’m sure you could find something significantly cheaper than this that still manages to provide the same amenities, if not more. "

"First time I’ve ever been at a hotel where I’ve had to wait 20mins for breakfast that is included. Be aware parts of the hotel is under construction so not all amenities were provided and this was not communicated. For the price of the hotel the service was not of the same value. Good location for a trip to PR."

"Я бронировала отель больше, чем за месяц, но отели были либо похожие на хостел, либо за цену, за которую можно снять отель на неделю в Майами. Выбрала этот за $390 ночь. Это самая высокая цена, которую я платила за отель, где нет не то, что all inclusive, но даже завтрака. Хорошее в отеле: вежливые сотрудники, наличие солнцезащитных кремов, пляжных полотенец, ковриков и другого оборудования для пляжного отдыха, небольшой бассейн во дворе, фонтан с карпами кои на 1 этаже. Круглосуточная станция с чаем, кофе и водой. Недостатки: лифт едет целую минуту на 2 этаж, будто сделали его пару веков назад. Лофт-стиль, похожий на бетон, достаточно некрасивый. Номера маленькие. В номерах, выходящих на улицу, очень шумно от дороги. Красный декор внешнего дизайна весь отколот. За такую цену, которую выставили из-за выходного или того, что идёт чемпионат по бейсболу, в номера могли бы поставить воду, но там она только платная. Чтобы взять туалетную бумагу, нужно скрутиться на 90°. Рулон располагается прямо под диспенсером с жидким мылом. Конечно, куда же ещё лить воду, как не на бумагу. Раковина установлена криво. Как можно промазать – не представляю. На первом этаже какие-то благовония с запахом погадок летучих мышей. Для меня это один из худших отелей, где я останавливалась за свою жизнь. Да, здесь можно остановиться за $30-50, но если вы ставите цену как крыло самолёта из-за каких-то событий, стоит ей соответствовать. Сотрудникам отеля большое спасибо за отзывчивость и сервис."
