"We stayed for 10 nights in a Standard Double Room located in the West Wing. The room was very clean and well-kept, with daily housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. Air-conditioning and lighting were just right, making the room ideal for rest or work. Wi-Fi was 90% stable, with only occasional drops.
The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Alona Beach and close to shops and dining options. The hotel has a pool and a “Chada” restaurant that serves some of the most delicious food we had in Bohol.
One thing to note is that the building has no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with large suitcases like we were. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. That level of service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Everyone on staff was friendly, approachable, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the property felt well-managed.
For the price we paid, this was excellent value for money. I’d happily recommend it to others—especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great food without breaking the bank."
"The location was good and the staff really kind. But the room was extremely humid. We had to cancel our reservation for the next nights because it was impossible for me to stay with the humidity. The bed fells wet when laying down in it. The staff was helpfull and tried to find us another room but they were all humid so we decided to change hotels in the end."
"Definitely one of the better hotel/resorts that I've encountered during my travels in the Philippines. The hotel itself is located in a beautifully secluded lot that's surrounded by vegetation & conveniently placed a stones throw away from the main commercial centre which hosts a supermarket & even a DIY shop.
The rooms are very comfortable, clean & all come with a balcony & modern AC as standard.
But the best part is the large pool which lights up at night & is by the restaurant which serves good coffee, pizza & an excellent Thai curry.
If you have transport then i would highly recommend staying here."
"🌟 **A Perfect 4-Night Getaway – Peaceful, Clean, and Exceptional Service!** 🌟
I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, and I can confidently say it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming.
🧼 **Cleanliness:**
The entire property was spotless. Out room was maintained every day, with fresh linens, a sparkling bathroom, and a tidy layout that made it feel like home.
🤝 **Service:**
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Whether it was the front desk helping with check-in, housekeeping ensuring everything was perfect, , every interaction was warm and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure guests felt cared for.
🌿 **Peace and Quiet:**
One of the best parts of the stay was how quiet and serene the environment was. Despite being in a convenient location, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat. We slept soundly every night without any disturbances, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge.
✅ **Final Thoughts:**
If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel for a multi-day stay, this is the place to be.We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended, and We’ll definitely be coming back!"
"We had an amazing stay at this resort, especially the breakfast. There are many pools and a calm beach, and the gym is very good. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
However, there are a few things that could be improved:
1. The Wi-Fi access ends at 11 AM, which is quite strange and inconvenient.
2. You are not allowed to use the pools after your checkout.
3. You are not allowed to use the sunbeds with umbrellas after your checkout.
4. The beach is clean, but there is still a lot of “water grass” and the water is not very deep for swimming."
VVardiVery friendly people.
If need they will give you better room that you booked . Appreciate it
Very near to Alona beach . And all the road full of restaurants. Very comfortable place
AAria HamabeI highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel.
The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.
VVenus ❤️I went to Bohol on a Solo trip. I booked this hotel because it’s the only available beachfront hotel at the time i booked. I find the Facility good when checking photos. When i finally came to Bohol, everyone is friendly! The staffs from this Hotel’s restaurant which is located a few meters away from their hotel, approached me already. They have a bar and there’s a live band. They are just beside the public massage area so i took a massage while drinking while listening to the band. And the most special thing for me is the beach. It really surprised me that Bohol has really many good beaches. It was just sad that i wanted to extend my stay with them but it’s fully booked. Plan your trip ahead of time and book right away. Their food and drinks is not expensive. 😉
Ccharlene maePros:
-Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard
-clean room
-Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food
-friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager
Cons:
-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
