super hotel avec des chambres renovées qui sont magnifiques. la piscine et le sauna sont un vrai plus. Un seul bémol : le samedi, c'est une cour de recré. Il faudrait prévoir des créneaux adultes only. Pour le reste, tout est parfait !

Standing de Novotel est à la hauteur pour la chambres et la décoration. Hotel situé de l autre côté de la voie fde la gare de Reims et du centre ville. En journée il y a un passage par la gare mais en soirée il faut faire un long détour. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le bacon n est pas assez grillé et qu il baigne dans eau chaude. Le personnel accueillant. Juste une mauvaise surprise concernant la réservation la réservation trip concerne 2 adultes et un enfant cependant l’hôtel avait que un adulte et un enfant donc un surcoût a été ajouté à l arrivé pour les petits déjeuner et les taxes —＞ Point à vérifier avant de confirmer la réservation.

Had a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.  The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.  The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.  The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.  The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.  Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual. All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Отель хороший, достаточно разнообразные завтраки, номера неплохие, есть парковка. Но сервис оставляет желать лучшего. При заселении нам сообщили, что забронированного нами типа номера не осталось и они могут предложить только номер для инвалидов, который очень неудобно оборудован и вообще не предназначен для предоставления другим людям. Это не красиво по отношению к гостям, которые расчитывают получить тот номер, который они бронировали сильно заранее и приехали на check-in через час после его начала, то есть в 17:00. Девушки на ресепшен долго не хотели предлагать никакую другую альтернативу, затем предложили номер с доплатой (за что, спрашивается, и почему мы должны еще и доплачивать, если номер нам не дают тот, что мы забронировали?), и только со старшим администратором удалось разобраться и получить наконец-то номер без доплат. При этом девушки делали это очень не дружелюбно. Не такого отношения ожидаешь в день приезда. В номере не было даже бутылки воды. Поставили ее только на следующий день. Чай/кофе не пополняют в номерах, что тоже грусно. Также у них не работал wifi все время нашего проживания (на секунду, 3 дня)! С таким я сталкиваюсь впервые, бронируя отель такого уровня. Оплата парковки также не очень удобная, на выезде из нее, а не на ресепшен. И довольно дорогая для этой локации. До центра действительно идти недолго, минут 10-12.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Je suis un peu mitigée sur mon séjour dans cet établissement. Une literie au top, belle superficie de la chambre. Mais niveau équipement.. Rien. Pas de savon dans les distributeurs, lunettes du WC à moitié déglinguée, moquette très vieille. On dirait que rien n'est fait pour faire revenir le client. Je salue la sympathie du personnel.
