The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

Отель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий. Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

入住厄瓜多爾基多的超級星酒店，絕對是這次旅行最明智的選擇之一！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到酒店的用心——挑高的空間搭配暖色調燈光，牆上掛着當地藝術家的油畫，巧妙融合了現代設計與安第斯文化元素，瞬間讓人對這座高原首都多了份親切感。 預訂的景觀房超乎預期，推開窗就是基多老城區的紅頂建築羣，遠處的皮欽查火山在雲霧中若隱若現，清晨拉開窗簾就能收穫一幅流動的自然畫卷。房間裏設施齊全，智能電視能連接手機投屏，熱水壺、迷你冰箱等細節滿足了長途旅行的需求，床品更是柔軟得讓人沾床就睡，完全抵消了高原旅行的疲憊。 最驚喜的是酒店的服務。前台小姐姐英語流利，不僅快速辦理完入住，還主動送上了基多地圖，用熒光筆標出必去的教堂、市場和觀景台，甚至細心提醒高原反應的注意事項。每天出門時，門僮都會熱情打招呼，還會根據天氣推薦穿搭，這種被重視的感覺太暖心了。 早餐種類不算海量，但勝在精緻。現做的厄瓜多爾傳統早餐“霍爾維喬”（玉米餅配奶酪和煎蛋）香氣撲鼻，搭配本地產的香蕉果醬，酸甜清爽；果汁吧的百香果鮮榨果汁和藍莓奶昔，用料紮實到能嚐到果粒。傍晚回來時，大堂吧還提供免費的熱可可，喝一口暖到心裏，配上窗外漸暗的街景，格外愜意。 地理位置也很加分，步行15分鐘就能到基多老城區（聯合國世界遺產），去聖弗朗西斯科教堂、獨立廣場都很方便，周邊還有24小時營業的超市和性價比高的當地餐廳。 總的來説，超級星酒店用舒適的住宿、貼心的服務和便捷的位置，為我的基多之行畫上了完美的句號。如果下次再來這座“赤道上的城市”，這裏一定會是我的首選！

The hotel is lovely. The staff were all very happy, delightful and helpful in every way possible. The hotel has a small quirk in that there are a few rooms that need updating, yet, the majority of the rooms are five and four star accomodation. An example of the staff being helpful is when we were moved from our first room as the guest in the adjacent room were very, very rowdy! The breakfast was also excellent and on one occasion I entertained the chef by showing him how I make scrambled eggs back in the UK with the use of a microwave. We had a laugh and then the next day I was surprised when he made some especially for me..... The hotel also has a lovely feel with bright and airy areas with lovely decoration and some beautiful furniture. We used it as a base for when we took a trip into the Amazon jungle and then another trip to the Galapagos Islands, each time returning back to the hotel. And on each time the warmth of the reception was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Quito.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast and the gym was a surprise! There is fresh orange juice self served machine at breakfast and a fully equipped gym! There was a day I need to join a tour at 4am, they packed breakfast for me! The location is very convenient, it’s near everything while it’s quite at night, the room is always spacious and a newly renovated bathroom. It was truly an excellent customer experience!

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

The place could be really good if they fixed the loose toilet seat and door handles. Lots and.lots of food on same block and around it. They try.
