ผผู้เข้าพักThe staff were very pleasant n helpful especially the Front Office n in the Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there and had top quality food. You can’t ask for a better location. Our room was outstanding, spacious with a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff had made our stay a memorable one.

EElena EgУдивительное место. Я не знала ни испанского ни английского языка но меня окутали таким внимание и заботой, что я не чувствовала проблем в общении. От отеля идёт тепло и спокойная, домашняя обстановка.
Заселили меня на 2 часа раньше положенного времени.
В номере каждый день делали влажную уборку.
Завтраки были вкусные с натуральным соком и свежими фруктами. Вечером можно вкусно покушать в ресторане.
Очень хотелось бы сюда вернуться и почувствовать внимание и заботу этих людей

ผผู้เข้าพักI only spent one night. Turns out there was some type of bug in the room. I sprayed repellant and thought that was the end of it. Somehow, it got into my luggage, and it came home with me. No AC control amd my room faces the street. Loud noise from the cars and had to open the window for air.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette!
My stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette was nothing short of exceptional. It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming.
The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care.
The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed.
Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for.
If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

JJeremy LeeeeThe facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

TTiffanyFalzonWoman didn’t recognize our booking but luckily found us a room anyway. Wasn’t what we booked, but at least it was a place to sleep. No amenities we could enjoy. No shower soap, closed pool, breakfast was scant. More like a motel.
