Nos dieron habitaciones en la planta baja lo cual la ventana da a la cochera y todo el mundo te ve. Tienes q estar con cortinas cerradas y pierdes la increíble vista de la montaña. Las habitaciones básicas con caja fuerte y mini refrigeradora. La bañera alta así q no apta para personas con dificultades de caminar y se inunda un poco el piso. Existe diferentes tipos de desayuno (primera vez q lo veo) así q tengan cuidado porque te sacan como a mendigo si entras en la sala del business center (creo q hay maneras), el desayuno que me toco es básico no tiene café de maquina pero si café pasado con leche caliente y lo básico pero no muy variado. El otro desayuno si es mas completo. No escuche ruido a pesar de estar en el piso bajo. Tienes q devolver la llave del cuarto cuando salgas ojo.

เราจองห้องพักแบบ Panorama Deluxe ไว้ 3 คืน เช็คอินวันที่ 20 กันยายน ที่พักตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เลียบสถานีรถไฟ และมีที่จอดรถ เชื่อมด้วยลิฟท์ ตรงๆ “ชิ้น deresistance” ของอาคารสูงแห่งนี้เห็นได้ชัดว่าวิวที่สวยงามของเมืองและภูเขาโดยรอบ เราได้เข้าพักห้อง 1104 อยู่ชั้น 1 ซึ่งเป็นชั้นบนสุดที่จัดห้องพัก เนื่องจากที่ 12 รองรับ lounge/restaurant ซึ่งมีอาหารเช้าบริการด้วย ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี ๆ อย่างน่าขัน โรงแรมไม่มีล็อบบี้ในความรู้สึกแบบดั้งเดิม: concierge & cashier counter พบได้ในออฟฟิศขนาดเล็กแยกกันอยู่ชั้นใต้ดินและลิฟต์ไปยังห้องพักจะตั้งอยู่ในโถงเล็กๆ ข้ามประตูกระจก, ซึ่งเปิดตรงถนน Brunecker Street เข้าออกความปลอดภัย ไปยังชั้นต่างๆ ที่ได้รับการจัดการด้วย key card ห้องพัก สามารถเข้า/ออกที่พักและที่จอดรถได้โดยไม่มีการติดต่อกับพนักงานใดๆ ห้องพักของเราเป็นมุมหนึ่งขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่สถาปัตยกรรมสวยงามและตกแต่งได้อย่างสวยงามสไตล์โมเลกุลร่วมสมัย จากแทบทุกจุดของห้องพัก(รวมห้องน้ํา) ก็สามารถเห็นรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมของพาโนรามาที่น่าทึ่งมากๆ ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและเงียบสงบ(แม้จะอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟที่วุ่นวาย) อาหารเช้าดี และเรามีเวลาที่ดีมากๆ ที่นี่ใน Innsbruck แน่นอน

โรงแรมเล็กๆ ที่ดีเยี่ยมในทําเลที่ไม่ได้มีทําเลที่ดีใกล้กับเมืองเก่า โรงแรมและสวนสวยมาก การเช็คอินก็เยี่ยมมากพร้อมบริการที่ดีเป็นการต้อนรับ รีเซฟชั่นที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดีซึ่งคอยช่วยเหลือตลอด ห้องพักเล็กกะทัดรัดแต่ออกแบบได้ดีเพื่อให้กระเป๋าเดินทาง ฯลฯ ไม่เกะกะห้อง เราได้ระเบียงที่มองเห็นสวนซึ่งน่านั่งจิบ complementary Prosecco บน สะอาดมากและได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมและเนื่องจากอากาศดีเราสามารถทานอาหารในสวนได้ ผมยินดีที่จะแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับผู้มาเยือนในอนาคต

nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans l hôtel. Le restaurant nous ayant convaincu de passer une nuit supplémentaire. L hotel en lui même est très joli avec du vitrail et du bois, vraiment ”authentique”. La chambre confortable avec du bois et un style désué tres sympathique. Le gros point faible c'est la salle de bain, qui pour le coup, le côté desue devient péjoratif. Laissant au départ un gros apriori, mais en y regardant de plus près elle était très propre. Les toilettes sont très basses et la douche tres étroite... mais bon on s y fait..conclusion : hotel qui semble hors du temps, l personnels chaleureux et ambiance familiale, restaurant vraiment très agréable avec des plats autrichiens tres bons et copieux, même avec un bébé

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a convenient location for getting around - next to the train and bus station for links to the airport, international/national trains in other cities, the Swarovski crystal world and around a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. We were checked in early by a very friendly lady on reception who initially let us store our luggage. The snow capped mountain views from the room (ours was on the 8th floor) are stunning and framed perfectly by the big windows. The hotel reception and room was stylishly decorated. In the room, there was a small window that could be opened and the air conditioning was very quiet, though doesn’t go down to the 10c on the thermostat and seemed more like 20c. The bedding was very nice quality and had a soft and firm pillow - these were probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel before. The bathroom is, again, very modern with nice smelling hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The shower head had a few different settings, including a massage mode which ran for a few seconds. The shelf for the shower gel/shampoo wasn’t very strong though, so had to be held or rested elsewhere and the pump head kept getting stuck, but otherwise was very good and the towels were very soft and thick. The room was fairly quiet, but you could hear other people in other rooms so it doesn’t appear to be soundproofed in any way. Noise from outside (trains, buses and incoming aeroplanes) were very minimal though and did not disturb us. We found the room cleaning system a little strange - there are two cards that you can put on the door. One is not to be cleaned at all during the day and the other is not to have the room cleaned at that time and needs to be removed before 2pm. There isn’t anything to put on the door when you want it to be cleaned, you just have to remove both from the door handle. We initially had the card attached to the door not to disturb at that time (overnight) and then removed it in the morning at 11am and the room had not been cleaned. We were able to get clean towels from reception though. It would be better in my opinion to have a card to have the room cleaned rather than two not to have it cleaned as most people would surely want the room cleaned. We went to the bar on the 13th floor during our stay. This can be visited by hotel guests and non hotel guests. This looks very nice and has great views all around, as well as an outdoor area with blankets. The prices of the drinks are reasonable and comparable with elsewhere in the city. We sat outside and then asked at the bar for a couple of drinks. We were told that there wasn’t any bar service for the outside area - only the inside (which is not a problem at all). However, it was a bit awkward when paying, the lady making the drinks asked if I wanted to give a tip. Given that the drinks were just being made and not brought to our table, I did not give a tip. Hotel Goldener Engl is situated in the centre of Hall in Tirol, a beautiful historical town surrounded by majestic mountains of the Alps in the vicinity of Innsbruck - just 10 minutes ride with S-Bahn. The building of the hotel is a historical castle and is a member of historic hotels of Europe. I was greeted by a very welcoming, friendly, kind, helpful and professional staff. The check-in process was very quick and smooth also thanks to an option to fill in the information online, prior to arrival. I was lucky enough to get the best suite in the hotel which was a beautiful, spacious, attic rustic room equipped with a big relaxing bath tube as well es a sauna directly in the room, separated toilet and a bathroom, comfortable bed and soundproof wall isolation. I was on a business trip and found it very relaxing hearing the raindrops on the attic windows in a pleasantly heated room and having a possibility of using a private sauna after a tiring day. This room is like your energizing oasis relaxing and refreshing your mind, body and soul. After a good sleep in a big and comfortable bed I enjoyed a tasteful tirol breakfast with individual serving and plentiful choice keeping me satiated until the afternoon. The public transport connections are very good, easy and punctual. The hotel has its own very good restaurant but there are good restaurants within a walking distance from the hotel too. The centre of Hall in Tirol is a small historic and picturesque one with winding streets and traditional small handicraft shops. I travelled to Hall in Tirol in the middle of November and my experience was exceptional. I felt like a queen in my unique hotel room and after my three night stay I did not really want to check out. :-) It surely was one of the best and unforgettable hotel stays I experienced until now and I will be very happy to come back again.
