I’ve never rated a hotel experience before, but my stay here was horrible! The 1st room I had was DIRTY with stains everywhere!! Even on the bed skirt!! Was changed to another room and it was slightly better but that’s it!! The elevator had exposed wires, everyone slouches at the front desk because they’re ALWAYS on their personal phones!! The complimentary breakfast is basically non existent!! The only good thing I can say is Cracker Barrel was next door!! Water pressure low in shower but extremely high on faucet!! Just DONT GO!!

The staff are very helpful and very friendly! I enjoed my stay and have extended it! The beds are very comfortable!! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

One of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in. New beds, and you can tell, very comfortable. Very little noise, heard people in the hallway occasionally. Good toiletries,Dove soap! Staff isn't overly friendly but there and responsive if you need something. Cracker Barrel next door, good Italian, Mexican, Indian and several fast food restaurants close by. Along with Target, Meijer, Home Depot and right off the Hwy 65 exit. Breakfast basic cereal, toast, yogurt, juice and waffles. Coffee but it runs out.

The room was very dusty, tub was dirty. Only one wash cloth but given more upon request. People constantly in and out of rooms. ******* gave it 4 stars and I thought I could trust that. Good price but I guess we got what we paid for.

This was a quick booking because I was here for a couple days, I’m reading now it’s under construction but I didn’t see that. Either way, saw a field mouse the first night in the hall. Had to ask for more towels and toiletries (housekeeping only comes into your room if you stay more than 3 nights). Breakfast was ok but bread was definitely a bit stale so we avoided that. Heater and fridge made noise A lot, and our bathroom had a fan but no switch, so the light just kept turning off in the middle of a shower. Also, our key card forgot our room twice and we had to get it replaced, which took a while. Overall, not the best stay.

We had 4 small throw pillows in our room, water pressure in the sink was so high that it splattered on the outlet, drywall repair work was not good.
