Amazing holiday staying at Fort Arabesque. We stayed in West Bay but the whole place is lovely. Food, staff, rooms, location all superb. We had 3 rooms, 2 of which were standard and one premium. All rooms were lovely but the locati9n of the premium room was ideal for the swimming pool (adult one). We stayed all inclusive and the choice was brilliant. We never had any bad food, the choice was brilliant. Staff were all lovely and friendly. They use local products for alcohol and they changed the vodka which wasn't great but all soft drinks are branded and supplied as you need. Nice little shops in the hotel but always negotiate the price! Will definitely be back and will reccomend to friends.

We’re half way through our month long stay in this stunning resort and I just have to say it’s been FANTASTIC so far. Wonderful weather even in January. Our room is beautifully cleaned each day by a caring staff team and the food is terrific - although I may have to go on a strict diet on my return to the UK. Although most reviews of this resort are positive, there seem to be one or two moaners. I really don’t recognise any of their concerns. Still two weeks to go but we are so charmed by this lovely place that we’re seriously considering doing again next year, and the year after etc etc

Bought this as an Easyjet holiday package via Hays. Went to the West Bay area as this is adults only - and pleased to say this is politely enforced - even on the beach. The hotel was very clean and the food was interesting and varied. We stayed 10 days and didn't start to feel bored - which can happen on all inclusive holidays. That was lucky because we did try booking a romantic meal at the Beach bar, but they seemed to loose our reservation and didn't seem that interested. So we stuck to our main restaurant where people like Mostaf and Ated looked after us .... Mohamad cooked us omelets every day and Youssef kept order! Down at the beach Abel Nasr kept us supplied with fresh towels and sorted out beach beds for us. The snorkelling was an unexpected bonus. There is a wonderful reef right off the hotel beach, and all manner of other watersports available nearby. Unlike western hotels, there was no information in the room on possible sports activities ... the spa treatments (even those available in the hotel) etc. No health issues during our stay. Hurghada is not the best airport and the visa area and passport control is just bonkers! We never found our private transfer and after 45 mins hanging around ended up renting a taxi. But thats pretty standard for Egypt.

We stayed for the first time at the fort in a swim up villa, despite the price it was worth every penny, we had peace and quiet apart from the noisy animation team at the hotel next door one day but the desk staff were kind enough to ring the hotel next door and ask them to tone it down the rooms were beautiful and clean and our room boys took real good care of us in room 65. Thank god for the lift though between floors 3 and 4 the walking got a bit much the lazier we got so we had room service several times, which I can highly recommend the pasta dish was to die for and we still talk about it now. Only complaints was it was difficult to get a table at club 159 during the afternoon but I understand they have made it bigger since we left so hopefully that will solve that problem before we arrive again in 298 days (tooooo long ) also the French toast was absolutely disgusting and needs removing off the breakfast menu at the pavilion and a greater selection of pastries and donuts wouldn’t go amiss. Other than that the food was of a high quality and we were really pleased with our stay, it’s just a shame that the walk to the west bay buffet is so far away so we only tried that once. The staff her are very friendly as are most Egyptians and this is why we return to Egypt year after year. Thank you for your hospitality and we will see you again soon

Huge thank you to all the team members of this great hotel.We had a wonderful experience.I would like to mention Galal from the shore excursion, Tamer from the Lobby Bar, Sultan from the Beach Bar who were just 3 amazing people working in Fort Arabesque. The sea is beautiful, with a lot of fishes and coral reef. Everything is very clean and well maintained. I could notice the effort of everyone who did a great job.

Another great week at West bay(adults only section). We have stayed here many times and have watched the hotel expand in size and improve their facilities/services year on year We were accommodated in a brand new block and our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were excellent and room mini fridge (complimentary soft drinks, water, milk and beer) was topped up daily. Reception staff were friendly and helpful , they organised a late checkout for us despite hotel being 95% full with guests. This enabled us to fully enjoy our last day on site for only €30 for extra 3 hours . Food was very good and house wines/beer most acceptable. Gardens beautiful and well tended. Every day I found a lounger on the beach without problem(+cushioning mat) Snorkelling is wonderful here plus there is an excellent dive centre on site. All staff , without exception, made us feel welcome and valued as customers

Shenawy was an amazing guy! He help us with out accomoddation and with out check out. He did his best to help us leave later on The day of check out. The hotel is very Nice. Food is good, The have a place who made pasta. The other restaurant is good , and The Kemon and Nina was very Nice guys. The room was very large and a good location.
