The hotel is beautiful and just 10 minutes walking to the beach, which is also beautiful. Internet sometimes is not working.

意料之外的驚喜，實在是太讚了，超大的度假區，三餐全包，酒吧除了瓶裝酒暢飲。無敵的海景和度假區內部景觀，關鍵是真的放鬆下來，再也不用鬥智鬥勇防詐騙了：）

房間挺有特色，就是有些老舊，但是整體還是舒適，花園拍照很出片，白色的房子特別有感覺，餐食還算豐富，但是不太符合亞洲人的口味，吃飽沒問題哈哈哈，整體還不錯。

外觀很美，內裏陳舊，不過服務不錯。

Such amazing hotel .. we had so much fun in this Hotel everything was perfect starting from the checkin to the clean room with very nice view restaurant food had different variety . special thanks for the entertainment team they did really a great job My kids had so much fun Kids club they have very nice program.. the evening show was everyday different

I’ve been to Egypt many times, but this hotel really exceeded all my expectations. Usually the rest in Egypt is just beautiful sea for which you are ready to forgive all the rest issues. This time the hotel was really special, the food - not just all inclusive, but like in the best a la cart restaurants. Special thanks to the chef Hashim, which was very friendly with guests and even shared with me secret recipe of very tasty cheese cake (by the way made from Philadelphia cheese, as it’s supposed to be). Now I know for sure where we will spend our next rest!

We visited over the New Year period as a family for 2 weeks and what an incredible break it was. On arrival at the hotel instantly we realised nothing was too much for the staff, they work tirelessly to ensure your break is the best it can be from the bellboys to the gardeners and everyone inbetween. We were personally showed to our room, the mini bar was emptied (at our request) and our cases followed literally within 5 minutes. Our room was spacious and immaculate, cleaned daily with a new towel display which my Son loved. Very early on in our stay we met Mohammed the asst pool manager, what a man - an absolute credit to the hotel, he genuinely wanted to help make our break unforgettable and went out of his way to interact with us each day. The hotel was not at full capacity during any point of our stay and you could get Sun loungers at any time, this may change in the summer but they are plentiful. The waiters around the pool (Caberet Bar - particular Khalil and Ahmed) and the food court staff were also great, they work so hard to ensure your constantly topped up and their service with a smile was on point!! The food court staff ensured all food was constantly fresh, fresh pizzas are a must try and the crepes are really nice. The New Years Gala was lovely and the tent set up around the food court was brilliant, we enjoyed the meal in the restaurant then onto the entertainment which was unforgettable. The animation team at this hotel are probably one of the best teams we have come across and we are frequent travellers, they try their best to ensure everyone is involved (but are not pushy!!) to get the most out of their holiday, their shows are brilliant as are the daytime sports sessions Inc aqua aerobics, darts, shuffleboard, ZUMBA!!, corn hole and table tennis - some activities had clashed do unfortunately some days it was impossible to partake in everything. Special thank you to Boodi, Claudia, Sina, Nina, White, Sham, DJ Rammmmmmmi YOU will be the reason we return to Egypt. And not forgetting the amazing Haya from the children’s club, this lady is unbelievable with the children and we had tears from my boy when we had to leave. The only disappointment we had on our trip was that in a 2 week break you could only visit one a La carte, it is usually one a week particularly with so many to choose from. We chose the Indian (AMAYA) and was not disappointed. Makadi bay is lovely and you can wander around freely, the walk to the beach is 5 mins and there is all inclusive down there too. The shops in the hotel are ‘okay’ but they can be a tad pushy, the supermarket is very very expensive, pharmacy on the other hand is cheap and they are knowledgeable. Ashraf and the team in the lobby bar also deserve a mention, the singers in there are class and the staff are equally class - ask for a special cocktail, you will not be disappointed. Lastly: water park, 5 min bus journey from opposite the hotel, worth a visit but the food isn’t the
