房間又大又乾淨，前台服務人員也非常友善。唯一的問題是空調聲音太大，晚上影響睡眠。距離中國城美食廣場很近，吃飯非常方便。

The staffs are very friendly and willing to help. They always offer the best assistance.
However, the cleanliness of the rooms are needed to improve asap. The sofa should be replaced. The first room I check in. The sofa bed mattress is stinky and smelt. It is horrible. When I step in the room, it is smelt. I am wondering if someone was smoking before. However, I booked non smoking room. The staff switch me to the other room immediately.

The best Marriot I have ever stayed in Houston. Nice people, very clean hotel, they don’t charge 3 dollars just to receive an Amazon package. Great experience.

Staff was very nice; manager himself talked to me as I was checking out and asked me how everything was; I liked that. Room was spacious. Bathroom had a very small shower, no tub. Breakfast was satisfactory....coffee, juice, bagels, cereal, eggs and sausage.

Everything was good except the staff cleaned and threw my stuff away before we even checked out. They gave us a scare and we had to chase after them to get our stuff back.
