It’s next to an extremely busy Mexican restaurant. The restaurants parking lot is not big enough so there are always cars blocking the lot to the hotel. Only real complaint.

Great place to stay. Complementary breakfast was nice. Stayed for an extended stay - we had no issues. Staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall good, we stayed for two nights and they had same breakfast both the days. I have stayed in other hotels and they chg their menu daily.

Have stayed in this hotel at least 3 times. Staff is friendly anfd attentive, The hotel as a whole was clean. My room was neat and clean. At check in front desk staff answered all my questions before I even had to ask. Check out was simple. Will stay there again.

Stayed here with my dad for 5 nights over Thanksgiving weekend. It was very clean and great value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to downtown, Memorial Park, the Galleria and The Heights.
The traffic noise from I-10 (the property is located directly off the highway) was actually fairly quiet for as busy as it is. No issues falling or staying asleep due to traffic noise.
The hotel is in a bit of an awkward spot, sharing a driveway with a Denny’s restaurant as well as a Mexican restaurant so depending on the time of day and day of the week it can be a bit tricky navigating the traffic coming in and out; you can only turn right out of the property but there’s a spot for a U-turn a couple hundred feet away. Not a big enough issue to complain about and having lived in Houston for a good number of years, I know my way around. Just plan an extra 2 minutes to swing a U-turn if needed.

We were moved to a different room, because the door would not open. The TV in room moved to would not work because remote was broken and the soap dispenser was empty. Sheets did not smell clean and second day of stay did not have towels to shower because the room was not clean on the first night of stay and coffe items were not reloaded.

When we arrived and went to our room, it hadnt been cleaned. We got an upgraded room to make up for the error. The location is right off the highway behind a Dennys. It was ok for what we needed for one night and the overall condition of hotel was fine.
