踩雷，踩雷，踩雷，這是一家非常舊的服務式公寓，但勝在地點很好，在市中心，但硬件真的非常舊（應該是90年代末的裝修），一上到酒店樓層已經聞到很大的舊氣味，進到房間裏也是很大舊氣味，但要贊的是衛生很好，雖然房子很舊但酒店還是有花心思去保養，另一缺點是房內的燈光顏色又白又黃，搞到檔次很低，房間床墊比較硬，公共設施也很舊，大樓內有些客戶應該是長租房，其實如果酒店他們願意花一點點錢去更新一下部分硬件，效果會比現在好很多，不過服務員態度很好很熱情。中間發生了一些小插曲，我一家三口原本訂了一個兩房套間（不含早餐），入住登記時前台說我小孩已經超了12歲（我小孩14歲），所以要額外收取費用（440,000VND）才能入住，我非常莫名其妙，為何我在網上訂的時候輸入了小孩年齡但系統不會告訴我去到酒店要補差價呢？我之前入住了另一家服務公寓，對方也會寫清楚超過一定年齡就算是成人，若果有這樣規定，為何不提早說明？！！而且我是不用他們早餐的，但由於在現場不想和他們爭論所以最後決定付費，但實在這入住體驗很不舒服，如果能提前在預訂時告訴我，我就不訂這裏了，非要等到辦入住手續才告訴客人補差價，我下次肯定不會再來。 Big mistake, big mistake, big mistake, this is a very old serviced apartment, but its location is very good, is in the city center, but the hardware is really old (it should be a decoration in the late 90s), once you arrive at the lift lobby you can already smells a very strong old building smell, inside the room also, but what I want to praise is that the hygiene is very good. Although the hotel is very old, they still spend a big effort to do maintaince. Another disadvantage is the lighting in the room, some light color are white and some are yellow, it make the room very low grade. The mattresses in the rooms are relatively hard, and the public facilities are also very old. I think some customers are long-term renters. In fact, if the hotel is willing to spend a little money to update some hardware, the effect will be much more great, can do much better than now, but the staff are very nice and enthusiastic. Beside those issues ther were a little problem, we are a family of three, originally booked a two-room suite (without breakfast). When I checked in, the front desk said that my child was over 12 years old (my child is 14 years old), so they had to charge an extra fee (440,000VND ), I was very baffled, why I entered the age of my child when I booked online the system will not state clear regarding this extra charge? I stayed in another service apartment in the same city, and the other hotel was clearly state that my child considered an adult. Honestly speaking, is they have such a regulation, why they don't state clearin advance? ! ! Also I don’t use their breakfast, but because I don’t want to argue with them on the spot, I finally decided to pay, but the check-in experience is really uncomfortable, If they can tell me in advance when booking, I will not book here, but they have to wait until check-in to tell the guest to pay the difference, I will definitely not come again next time.

I loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness, the details, commitment to sustainability and comfort. Bed and pillows were super nice. The only thing that can be improved is the ease of check in. I arrived at 4pm and room is still not available and had to wait for about 15-20min. Also not sure why they assume I am MR and didn’t bother to check.

Came here for a few nights as apart of at tour. The location is very central, on a busy street opposite the park, but there are few bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Parts of the building are renovated and some not. The facilities are variable with no bar, just a fridge. The rooms are also variable as is the cleaning of them. Don’t get a front room as road noise is high. Some windows are hard to close and the TV has no European language channels or news. The bed in our room was a king size base with a double mattress, so we kept catching our legs on the corner. The service is slow and variable quality, while the breakfast was limited to eggs, bread and jam. Nothing is really bad, but also not very good either…

Au Lac Legend is located in District 3 but its near to the city center at District 1. It took us just under 10mins to stroll to Nguyen Hue Walking Street. We began to appreciate the fact that its within walking distance but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Saigon as its much more quiet here with just the occasional honking of the motorbikes on the street below. The hotel is well decorated in an ethnic charm with an Indochine style to it which we like, its well maintained and clean most times. The hotel manager, this tall gentleman Henry was very helpful to give us lots of tips and info about Saigon City Tours. He is always smiling and very accommodating to all the guests and I think that sets a very good example for all his staff to follow. The front desk receptionist, I think her name is Fairy, was so friendly and helpful whenever we have questions to ask her. The hotel has a sky bar with a roof top pool which looks more like a large dipping jacuzzi as its very small for a pool, not meant for swimming but its ok as the hot weather just make you want to soak in there. The little cafe on the roof top is nice, they do serve afternoon tea with snacks, cakes and pastries daily from 3-5pm. By the way, the breakfast area is small but still a good size for the capacity of this hotel. It offers a good spread if you were to stay for 2-3 nights but nothing to complain about as most room bookings comes with breakfast included and that's already value for money for the price you are paying. We stayed on the 10th floor at the Suite Room which comes with a Queen and a Single bed. Good size room with an area for a sofa and coffee table. We love the bathroom which is spacious with separate areas for the standing bath and the bath tub. Now, the only bad thing we can find for this hotel is the shower water, its inconsistent in the hot water, it takes a long time for water to be heated up and when you are showering, it may turn cold anytime. So may I suggest for the management to look into this? A few more staff which I would like to compliment is that fizzy hair supervisor at the breakfast area, he makes an effort to make sure the guests are comfortable so that is good. All the other breakfast staff are also very diligent and hardworking. One suggestion to make is, for the breakfast staff to indicate that a table is taken while the guests go pick up their food at the buffet area. I saw quite a few confusion when guests didn't realize that certain tables had been taken and they just sat down which resulted with the actual table guests coming back with their food to their table that has been occupied by other guests. I also wished to special mention the hotel security staff Ray who is always very helpful and service with a smile all the time. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Apartment-style hotel with comfortable rooms, fully equipped with modern luxury equipment. The hotel building is located in the heart of District 1, next to the park, market, church. And there are many convenience stores around. Especially, the building had 2 basement for parking. Very suitable for a trip with your whole family.
