Leider war ich zum zweiten Mal durch meine Ausbildung als Gast im Hotel und wieder mal war mein 6 Tage Aufenthalt garnicht wie es in einem 4 Sterne sein sollte. Das einzige was sich verbessert hatte, war das Mittagessen. Die letzten zwei Tage waren morgens echt ein Albtraum, da ich um ca. 07:00 Uhr morgens mit Schleif Geräuschen an der wand von meinem Zimmer aufgeweckt worden bin. Außerdem wurden wir einfach so ohne Grund von 2 Mitarbeitern vom Hotel abends nicht in unser Seminarzimmer reingelassen. Es hieß, dass es nicht mit dem Hotel abgesprochen wurde. Am nächsten Tag hatte sich das Problem gelöst, da unsere Dozentin es angesprochen hatte und dann war auf einmal kein Problem. Also sehr Unprofessionel und einfach grauenhaft das Hotel. Viele Dinge gehe ich hier garnicht ein, wie z.B. die knarschenden Betten, die unmöglich unbequem und laut sind wenn man sich bewegt.
