I love staying here. Marty helped me get a room next to the pool (my sons love that) and everyone is always pleasant and kind. My rooms have been clean and well stocked. Their little shop is ever so helpful for any forgotten toiletries or needed late night snacks. The room next to mine had an infant and I never heard a thing until I went out into the hall and their door was open. Temp in the room is easy to regulate. I love being able to walk to some of the tastiest restaurants and the shops in the gulch are a short stroll away. All in all, I love this hotel.

Quiet, beds we’re comfortable, staff was very nice, parking was easy and you can walk everywhere. Breakfast wasn’t good, coffee is the worst I’ve had at a hotel, shower curtain smelled like mildew. I travel all the time for work and I would probably stay here again, but let the staff know about a few things and eat breakfast elsewhere.

Bed uncomfortable and heard others say same. When you spend $200.00 a night in Montana you expect bed to be comfortable not soft and worn out and cleaner than it was. close to everything, nice greeting, But…not the best…

Room was dirty also your site stated there was hot tub and pool only a pool with a ton of kids and prissy chicks drinking tall can white claws I asked for a refund after I checked in they said that was not possible after check I only reserved the room based on it having a hot tub. I would like a refund from ******* for my reservation for false advertising I would have never booked the room knowing they didn’t have a hot tub

Rooms are fine, but the cleaning isn’t up to par…. IE windows (visible kids hand prints) bathroom floor and sink fixtures were dirty.

Great place to stay. My only complaint is we were on the lower level and the person(s) about us stomped around at midnight waking us up - it was like an elephant going back and forth above us and we couldn't sleep...

This is a really nice hotel that is well located. The adjoining steakhouse is excellent as is the brewpub that is a short walk away. The room was comfortable. The only negative is the Holiday Inn Express level breakfast.
