Good hotel for short trip

Shabby accommodation. Sold as accessible room but had shower over bath. No sink plug. Double bed too small, slept in chair which had stains on seat. Beefeater restaurant next door equally scruffy, limited menu.

Arrived Friday night for the Coronation weekend.Staff were fabulous nothing was too much trouble.Room was spacious very clean,lovely pillows and spotless bedding.Change of pillows in the room if required.Plenty of tea/coffee etc.Great breakfast didn’t queue once in a 3 night stay.Very convenient for the tube.

I was truly wowed by the team here across both days of my stay. They were brilliant to my partner who has mobility issues in that they moved our room to a ground floor on arrival. They were able to sort out our second night stay with no problems and made it effortless. Good distance from London so if you don’t mind a small commute then it is a perfect place to stay outside of London.

Staff member Rhema went above & beyond her role to make sure we were very well cared for & was extremely helpful! Great location for our trip, close to where we were visiting. Secure parking, comfortable beds & clean spacious rooms.

Completely understaffed - don't blame the staff they clearly are left with an impossible task by management. Booked a breakfast for 9:30 - queued till 10 to get a table. Queued till 10:30 to get breakfast - most options not there and hard to get what was as there was no clean plates etc. Place is fine, rooms comfy but food option rubbish.

Położenie hotelu dogodne zarówno do dojazdu do Warner Bros Studio (Making of Harry Potter) w Watford (dojazd Overground), jak i do centrum Londynu (stacja Kenton na linii Bakerloo i łatwy dojazd autobusami 114, 183 i 223 do Metropolitan w Harrow-on-the-Hill). Genialna afgańska knajpa w okolicy, koniecznie na wieczorną kolację, nawet przez 3 dni z rzędu (można brać różne dania, :-)). Dużo małych spożywczaków 24 h obok, dodatkowo polski sklep spożywczy vis-a-vis hotelu

The staff are outstanding. So friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Quiet room, well serviced when required. Endless tea and supplies. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Just 3 minutes across the road via pedestrian crossing to the Bakerloo Line. Easy journey into the centre.

Had a pleasant day at the Premier inn hotel, I would highly recommend this site. The staff were lovely and always accommodating with any requests. Rooms were clean and tidy as you were expect. Slight negative the bathroom was tiny, but adequate. No faults to be honest!
