โรงแรมเชอราตันในฮานอย

Sheraton West is new but it is not a new built hotel, just a re-developed hotel.  Overall is good, it is the same as typical Sheraton group hotel.  However, the price is not competitive plus the shower head design is very very poor in the toilet.  It is fixed on top of ceiling.  Even you wash your hair, the feeling is very poor.  It is design issue, all rooms are the same !
