โรงแรมวิวภูเขาในฮานอย

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

在越南一個星期，因為離飛機場近，最後一晚就訂了這家酒店住，方便第二天坐飛機。真的是一家超棒的酒店，設備都很新，也應該是剛開不久，衞生乾淨整潔，房間隔音也好！特別是老闆老闆娘，人超級好，沒見過這麼友善的服務態度，由於在越南幾天，吃了好多越南當地美食，想吃點清淡的家鄉菜，我看那裡的廚房很乾凈，也是老闆家裡用的廚房，我就問老闆娘，能不能帶我們去市場買點菜，然後我回來她家裡廚房自己煮一下，然後在他們那邊吃，老闆娘很爽快的就答應了，帶我們去市場買菜，買回來後老闆還幫忙洗菜等等。第二天還做了很豐盛的早餐給我們四個人吃，還叫了個車免費把我們送到機場。真的是很讚的一個店，特別愉快的一次入住，下次來越南還是會選擇這家店。強烈推薦給國人跟外國友人們，如果不嫌棄去市區路程遠，可以選擇入住這個店。要去機場坐飛機的朋友們，頭一天晚上可以選擇這個店入住，從酒店到機場就幾分鐘車程，非常方便！

Lovely mountain retreat with excellent food and lovely service… real wow factor. Staff clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent… 5 star level and grounds were a tropical paradise Only minor negative is bathroom drain was a little smelly and when rooms are full can not much sound insulation Otherwise a real wow experience

เป็นการพักที่ดี! พนักงานที่ดีจริงๆ โทรหาแท็กซี่ไปสนามบินเมื่อคนขับ Grab ยกเลิก เป็นการพักที่ดีและน่าอยู่จริงๆ

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับอาคารผู้โดยสารระหว่างประเทศมาก จึงค่อนข้างมีเสียงดัง บริการรถรับส่งไป-กลับจากสถานีราคา 100,000 วอนต่อเที่ยว รวมอาหารเช้า ซึ่งถือว่าคุ้มค่า มีร้านอาหารเล็กๆ อยู่ใกล้ๆ หลายแห่ง จึงค่อนข้างสะดวกสบาย

โดยทั่วไปแล้วที่นี่ก็โอเค แม้ว่าน้ําแร่จะไม่เติมทุกวัน เมื่อเข้ามาจะต้องตรวจสอบสิ่งที่ขาดหายไปเพื่อแจ้งแผนกต้อนรับเพื่อเติม แผนกต้อนรับไม่สามารถเปิดตอนกลางคืนเพื่อช่วยเหลือฉัน แต่ในตอนเช้ามี เครือข่ายอ่อนแอ และทางแรกนึกว่าไปทางโคลน ทางกลับไม่มีไฟ ควรกลับเร็วหน่อย

I was quite surprised about the quality and service here. The commercial center is quite close to the accommodation, it is highly recommended for you to experience. Suitable for business travelers like me^^

ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อย บริการดีเยี่ยม อาหารเช้ามีขนมปังปิ้งร้อน ไข่ กล้วย และชาร้อน ซึ่งก็ใช้ได้ อุปกรณ์ค่อนข้างใหม่ โดยรวมแล้วประสบการณ์ดีครับ ขอเสนอแนะ 2 ข้อครับ อย่างแรก น่าจะมีอ่างอาบน้ำสำหรับผ่อนคลายเพิ่ม โดยอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมครับ อย่างที่สอง น่าจะปรับปรุงระเบียงให้ดีขึ้นครับ โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมดีมากครับ บริการรถรับส่งสนามบินของโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นกันเองและกระตือรือร้นครับ
