Haifeng International Hotel

其實這個酒店很物有所值，環境好，乾淨、衞生、安靜，用餐方便，停車方便，酒店位置好，尤其是那個文化藝術長廊，裏面花鳥俱全，環境優雅，值得再次光臨

In general it is a nice hotel. Things i liked: Good location close to airport, accept foreigners, clean, nice breakfast (they even managed to get us a coffee sachets), view is not bad (high floor), rooms are warm and beds are comfortable. Thinks i found little disappoint - check-in took forever. One lady started checking us in, than another took over and was asking to show the same codes again. Main disappointment however was the SPA. We were told by Ctrip this hotel has a SPA (we asked ctrip to confirm with hotel), but when we arrived we were told SPA is not operational and to make things worsts - the hotel didnt have hot water. The water in the bathroom was around 20 degrees warm maybe - not warm enough to venture into shower. I eventually filled up half of the bath with this semi warm water and added 4-5 kettles of boiled water to get the temperature bit higher - before i could actually wash myself.

訂了攜程的閃住，本來就是攜程離店後付的，攜程已經扣了錢了，酒店偏要説沒有給錢，拉着不給走，硬要給房費才可以走，太差了，搞不懂就弄懂再來開酒店

So, I had to stay in this place because the Marriot 30 minutes away somehow didn’t accept foreigners. I was impressed by the classic Chinese facade and grand lobby. The room looked nice enough as well. It also featured a lackluster AC with a control unit that hung off the wall and beeped every two minutes. Plus a very bright corridor light that could not be turned off. Couldn’t sleep until I moved to the floor so the bed could block the light. As we were checking in, processing my passport was taking the typical long time, and since there was a large group behind us, we kindly said we’ll pick up the passport later so they could get taken care of. Eventually, they called the room and told my wife they had some additional questions, so she went down for the interrogation. Then, when I went down to explore, I was beckoned over to answer questions such as the nature and location of my work, why I was in the town, etc. THEN, someone come to the room (10pm by this time) and interrogated my wife about our kids! I know the Chinese guests did not go through this level of scrutiny. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, the shower flooded in the morning and the closet was broken too. Not recommended

房間很乾凈； 有地毯，我以為很難聞，進去發現沒有異味，這個必須好評，現在很怕住有地毯的酒店！ 拖鞋質量也不錯，有浴缸。 早餐有點簡單，建議能提高一些！

設施：設施較陳舊，但衞生打掃的比較乾淨。 前台小姐姐説話温柔，服務到位。早餐品種豐富，總之是一次很不錯的體驗。下次還會再來。

房間沒有什麼消費品、按金還要押300元、住過的酒店很多、嗎見過押這麼多的按金

房間裝修有些陳舊 地毯有可見的顆粒狀雜屑 大廳公區管理不錯 早餐不豐富 也就還好 廚房下麪條的師傅態度非常惡劣 不在崗 大廳也沒有服務人員 自己在廚房門口找人 過來就是你掃碼了嗎？要額外收錢 我給了早餐券 因為過來9點0分 所以要額外收費 我給券的時候可是9點0分前 前廳收券的服務員也不在 非常之尷尬 住酒店的客人少一碗麪條的錢嗎？ 管理混亂!

非常滿意，酒店地理位置優越，酒店安靜舒適，房間寬敞乾淨。客房服務很及時，前台服務非常好，想的很周到，還有專門的機器人送物。離西寧機場非常近，打車很方便。早餐品種多，味道好吃，周邊有很多小吃店和水果店方便買東西。很好的一次入住體驗，推薦入住！
