"I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. Thank you so much for everything! 我是一名日本人，这次和妻子一起入住。入住前，我一直通过微信与酒店经理保持联系。经理亲自开车到机场接我们，完全没有等待就顺利上车了。经理非常亲切，我们通过手机翻译机交流得很愉快。 到达酒店时已经是晚上10点了，经理非常体贴，还询问我们是否需要点外卖吃晚饭，让我们感受到了无微不至的关怀和温暖。我们住在16楼的双床房，窗外的山景非常美丽，房间也非常干净整洁，我和妻子在这里度过了非常放松的时光。 由于这是一家全心全意为客人着想的酒店，我们决定再续住两晚。非常感谢！ 私は日本人です。妻とホテルに泊まりました。Wechatを使い事前に、ホテルのマネージャーと連絡を取っていました。空港までマネージャーが車で迎えに来て頂き、待ち時間無しで車に乗れました。とても優しい方で、携帯の翻訳機を使って話しました。 ホテルに着いてからも夜10時だったので、フードデリバリーを呼び晩御飯を食べるかなど、とても気を使って頂き、ホスピタリティが凄くとても温かさを感じました。部屋は16階の2つベッドのある部屋を選んだのですが、窓から見える山も美しく、部屋もキレイでとても妻とゆっくり過ごせました。ゲストを第一に考えて下さるホテルなので、追加で2泊することにしました。ありがとうございました！"

"Our flight arrived at Xining Caojiabao Airport on May 22, 2026, at almost midnight. The driver from Hanting Hotel picked us up smoothly and took us to the hotel. The female receptionist warmly welcomed us and helped us book a carpool to Xining city center for May 23rd. The breakfast was also delicious. What truly touched us was when we checked out; several staff members, seeing that we were older, came out to help us with our luggage and escorted us to our car. We felt incredibly cared for. We've already returned to Shanghai on June 2nd, and we're writing this review to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at Hanting Hotel!"

"The environment was quiet and clean, the room was comfortable and cozy, and it didn't disturb our study or rest at all. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful and attentive; they proactively extended our check-out time, showing great attention to detail. They even prepared a small "successful exam" gift, a very considerate gesture. We had a safe and peaceful stay, and were able to study in a calm and focused manner – a fantastic experience!"

"The typical example of the Chinese interpretation of grand hotel. Everything is big here. Expansive Lobby with several aquariums hosting exotic Asian fish. The base floor restaurant looks like a jungle with caged birds up to peacocks. The gym is lavishly equipped, you would not find an outside gym with that many machines, maybe a bit noughties. The deluxe suit for us and the two kids was super convenient with two rooms, a double bed each. That it was decorated as the wedding suite was a bit irritating though (why should there be a second double bed?! 🤔). Filling out the big information form for foreigners with dozens of needed info was a bit annoying, knowing that other hotels just copy the passports. But that’s China. Super price performance in the end."

"I took the train from Delingha back to Xining and flew back to Shanghai the next day. Because it's close to the airport, I chose this hotel again. (I also chose this hotel for the outbound trip; I've reviewed it separately.) This time, there were no misunderstandings. The room was clean and spacious, making it easy to organize my luggage. ^_^ The front desk clerk also booked me an airport transfer for the next day. (I recommend leaving a little extra time when asking for the transfer time; the time suggested by the front desk is a bit short, so if you're checking luggage, leave more.) All in all, this hotel is perfect for an overnight layover. It's a great value. The staff are all very nice, and the driver who picks me up is also very nice. 👍"
