Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....
This was the second time I stayed at the Savoy! It's definitely my home in the hills!!! I simply love the old world charm of the property! Kartik at reception, the servers at the restaurant & the housekeeping staff, everyone goes out of their way to give you the best experience. Our Heartfelt thanx for making our stay memorable & so comfortable!! #Tajness
Fourteen of us arrived early and were greeted with eucalyptus necklaces and herbal tea. Our rooms were quickly completed. We had a wonderful lunch that was very tasty. In the evening we were made great cocktails and served a splendid dinner. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and while there were some positives, a few things could be improved. First, the parking space was quite limited, which made it challenging to find a spot. Additionally, we were provided with an extra mattress on cost, but unfortunately, there was no bed frame to go with it, which wasn’t very comfortable. We booked a balcony view room, but to our surprise, it didn’t come with the expected valley view—it was more of a general outdoor view. On the bright side, the staff were exceptional, especially Captain Praveen, who ensured we were served hot and delicious food at the restaurant. The meals were a highlight of our stay, though the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, but a few aspects of the stay could be improved for a better experience.
We felt so relaxed in your therapy . It was also a pain relief one. The therapist have done well and we felt so soft. Overall a healthy and beauty experience. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr.Kowthami mam and the therapist Fathima . Love and light to club Mahindra team.
ผผู้เข้าพักOoty trip- Delightz Inn Resorts - Apr 30, 2023 to May 02, 2023 for our 10th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with our 2 little infant kids Sridhama and Sowbhagya. It was an awesome and memorable stay here. Enjoyed everything here to the core. All the arrangements here were absolutely fantastic. Right from welcoming us till the send off, they took complete care of us. We loved all the people associated here who are absolutely supportive of you. The rooms were aesthetic and excellent, well maintained, beautifully and neatly maintained washroom and bathrooms to add on top of it. The food here right from the complementary breakfast, sumptuous lunch and dinner that we had here was absolutely tasty and yummy, kudos to their chef in particular who took extra care to ensure our kids get the right meal all the time. I would only recommend them to have ponni raw rice in their menu for pure vegetarian people like us who find it difficult to have boiled rice especially our kids. Had some issues in power supply and wifi connection on 01st May night with no current supply for some 4 hrs due to some power back up maintenance which the problem was resolved only the next morning, thought that was not some major fault of them. The decorations made in our room with roses and balloons for our anniversary cake cutting was simply so so special,awesome and absolutely beautifully done and our kids were happy to play with. The 1/2 kg cake was just so so tasty and yummy which our kids enjoyed completely. Overall an absolutely fantastic and memorable anniversary stay which we just cannot forget in our lifetime. Don't think you would find such a hospitality anywhere else. Kudos to the entire team Delightz Inn. You ensured that we enjoyed a happy holidaying at ooty for sure. Only one flaw which I should point to see if they get it sorted out was providing rooms for stay of cab drivers which unlike other Resorts is missing here. If you go in your own car, your drivers are bound to have tough time. Hopefully they have it when we visit them the next time around. An awesome stay which made us feel cool and great at the residency.tasted good food and had a good service by their kind and polite staffs. Worth for money and we're pleasant with peaceful mind from the day we entered until we left.
ผผู้เข้าพักFern Hills Palace The three words that best define this place: Stinky, Dilapidated, Disgusting. This place would be ok as a Museum and it also has the feel of a Mausoleum. One wonders if the ghosts of the past residents and the British are condemned to roam around the premises and contribute to the stench. There are many rare photographs of the Wadiyar family and large photographs of the celebration of a cruel fox-hunt that the Britishers held here and the Wadiyars, who were loyal servants of the Empire, took part in. The foxes probably cursed this place before they were killed and that would explain why this place is disgusting. I've stayed at more than a few hundred different hotels and resorts around the world. This place was the absolute worst, in terms of the condition of the building, its maintenance, the quality of the furniture and the rooms. If you have stayed at any five star hotel or resort in India, be assured that the hotel or resort is way better than this place. There is no gym, no swimming pool, very limited buffet options, and the pool table has been out of service for a long time because the Wadiyar Group is too cheap to repair it. As you walk up to the front desk, the desolate place gives a sense of gloominess, sorrow and grief. This place used to be owned by a few white Britishers before a Wadiyar Prince bought it. There is a plaque that says Wadiyar Group near the front desk. From what I gathered, the Queen comes and stays here. The poor lady must have bad eyesight and also lost her sense of smell as the rooms stink and the furniture looks so cheap, old and gross. Some of the reasons for the stinky rooms is poor ventilation and high amounts of moisture in the rooms, mainly because the roof leaks in many places and is in dire need of repair. In a Suite, there are three or more rooms plus a bathroom and they are cold. Only one electric heater will work because the electric wiring is so old, if more heaters were turned on simultaneously, it would trip the circuit. So, only one heater pathetically attempts to heat four rooms. The hotel does provide hot water bottles to stick in your bed. I would be glad to tell the Wadiyar Group people what part of their anatomy they can stick the hot water bottles up. The current Dining Room was a ballroom for the British and they stopped dancing there because the floor was unsafe to dance upon. If the floor was unsafe to dance on, and it probably has never been repaired, how is it now safe to walk on? There was a large tarp covering part of the dining floor because the roof leaks. I feel bad ripping the Wadiyar Group and this Hotel a new one, but the hotel is in dire need of repair. Stop being greedy and fix the roof, ventilate and deodorize the rooms, and update the furniture and amenities to match other hotels. Save your money: have a look around then leave.
