FFrancisI really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!
AAli from PerthThe apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was only a short 10min walk from the bus terminal through the main market area and there were also restaurants 1 min walk in a cosy square.
The views from the apartment were amazing!!
Marijana was wonderful in accommodating our last minute booking and really helpful showing us the apartment and map and tips for finding restaurants and landmarks. Thank you 😊
ผผู้เข้าพักRight in the middle of Old Town Split, near the Riva. Shops. Restaurants, sightseeing.
The accomodation is very clean, very modern .
Every morning new clean towels.
The owner Luka is wonderfull, everything we asked we got, great and open communication.
Thanks for a wonderfull midweek in beautifull Split, Kroatie.
10 out of 10. Xxx
WWayneLocation was good as not far from the main train and bus station. Good communication beforehand from the manager asking me when I would be arriving and then providing details of the apartment and that it would be open with the key inside, so all worked well there. For a self catering style apartment no cooking facilities not a problem just thought there might be some, fridge, crockery and kettle in the room which were all good. Plenty of towels and bedding left for my stay. One thing was there was no communication about how to check out.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe room was stunning and very clean. We were fortunate to have the room with a south facing balcony, which was a heat trap. It is situated in a very central area with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants near by.
The things which let the room down was the bang average speed WiFi, that once several folk throughout the hotel were on went pretty slow, which is sometimes the case. The TV brand is Grundig, which I never heard of and is not got any smart settings. There is an option to project your phone/ipad to it. The only issue is if the Internet is slow then it sometimes won't recognise... Get new TVs!
Communication could be improved, the gentlemen who checked us in said to contact him with any queries, I did so and had no reply. They could do with a system to drop off used towels and collect new clean towels from the reception area of the hotel.
Hopefully this constructive feedback will be acted on as it is minors things as mentioned above that are lowering the overall experience for fellow guests.
EErnestina8We had the room up in the attic. The receptionist guy was very helpful showed the code to get into the building (will also have it printed on your receipt of your city tax payment). He made sure the boiler for hot water was on and also the air conditioning. Very nice amenities provided, body wash, vanity kit and body wash and the place was very clean.
Also the location is only a couple of minutes away from the old town so perfect for exploring.
DDandelionThe room was comfy and in a convenient location, and customer service was very supportive on WhatsApp, having given us comprehensive instructions on how to find the accommodation. The staff were more than happy to tell us more about Croatia. My only concern is the lack of elevators for heavy luggage.
ผผู้เข้าพักCheck in was unclear and hard work. Bed and pillows were not comfy. Walls were very thin, could hear everything. Location was good and spacious
