I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!

Good location in the palace area, but it could be very confused because the hotel has different annex which is couple minutes walk apart. And it could be difficult to find the location of the annex, for the one I stay in named Villa Donbric couldn’t be find in Google map. Besides, since we have couple of large luggages, we look for hotel with elevator but the annex I stayed didn’t facilitated one. (I am not sure the other annex has one or not) The room is smaller than I expected, it’s a bit messy when we open up two luggage together. Other than that, it’s a cozy place to stay with helpful staff. The breakfast is served and good, with different options of eggs. I suggest extra attention is better when booking the hotel about the location and concern with luggages. Or I will suggest booking their optional pick up service.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากเมืองเก่าเพียง 20 นาที อยู่ใกล้กับร้านอาหารซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตป้ายรถเมล์และอยู่ติดกับห้างสรรพสินค้า joker ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่ โรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ําในร่มซาวน่าและห้องอบไอน้ําฟรี พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากโดยเฉพาะสุภาพบุรุษในกะกลางคืนมีประโยชน์มาก โดยปกติแล้วการจอดรถจะถูกจ่าย แต่เขาไม่ได้เรียกเก็บค่าจอดรถให้เรา ข้อกําหนดเดียวที่เราได้รับคือเครื่องปรับอากาศ หลังจากพวกเขาซ่อมมันมันทํางานไม่ถูกต้องมันดีมาก ฉันยังคิดว่าจําเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนพรมในห้อง บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดีมีตัวเลือกหลากหลาย

The hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of an old central building right in the middle of Split. About 30 minutes from airport but do note taxi can only drop you of nearby. Cost with Uber about €30 there is also bus. The rooms are clean, large and the service waste great. Lovely bed. The room has kettle and fridge which is helpful. Short walk from the harbour and sights which was nice in evening before sleep. Bed comfortable. Overall high standard feeling. Breakfast and meals can be had in surrounding area, do not lot of places wanted cash only which I found annoying and the costs of food and drink were much higher than expected. That is nothing to do with the hotel but worth mentioning as increased have been steep after introducing the Euro two years ago.

This was a rushed booking due to our original hotel not having our booking. Normally I spend considerable time going through reviews etc, but with the Azur Palace (hotel?) it was a case of needs must. Unfortunately although we had booked a deluxe double in our opinion it didn’t match similar 4 star hotel deluxe rooms. I mentioned this to reception but they weren’t really interested. Appreciate we were virtually in the centre of split, with space at a premium, but the view of a small alley with graffiti an empty minibar, not even plugged in, an irritating dim light, I think from the a/c that ensured the room wasn’t completely dark. After trying to close it down without success I went to reception, which had a note with a phone number to call. I gave up went back to the room and tried throwing a towel over it. Also no bar, although there are a few within couple of minutes. Overall disappointing.

The hotel is near the church and the bayside. It is near the stores as well but then it is quite hard to find at first and quite hard to get there when you have so many luggages coz the car cannot access inside coz it is inside a small street. The room have a beautiful view as well and it smells so good (but it’s too strong though). Somehow it is clean yet I saw a small cockroach. The wifi cannot reach our room as well even if our room is only in the first floor. Overall it was okay. The bed is so comfy and the pillows. But the blanket is so weird coz it is supposed to be a big one for 1 big bed and for couples, but then the blanket is two small ones and they are separated. I find it weird but it’s okay. And also the mirror, i don’t like when the mirror is reflective in the bed. For fengshui it is not healthy coz it will make you sick. But overall, the hotel is good and the price is quite pricey though. The pool is just okay.

ฉันและแฟนได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมอัมพราตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2520 ถึง 3 มกราคม 2026 ประสบการณ์ของเราเกินความคาดหมายทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่แรกเริ่มเราได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นมืออาชีพเมื่อเช็คอิน ซึ่งทําให้เรารู้สึกสบายใจทันที ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้านมาก และวิวทะเลก็น่าทึ่งมาก - ฝันจริงๆ ทุกอย่างถูกจัดวางอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบและเป็นไปตามที่เราหวังไว้ มีการกล่าวถึงเป็นพิเศษกับพนักงานทําความสะอาดซึ่งเป็นมิตร เอาใจใส่ และช่วยเหลือดีมาก บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าควรค่าแก่การยกย่องเป็นพิเศษ: เป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ใหญ่ที่สุด หลากหลาย และมีคุณภาพมากที่สุดที่เราเคยพบมา เนื่องจากเรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักมากแค่ไหน เราจึงตัดสินใจขยายเวลาอีกหนึ่งคืน ซึ่งจัดได้อย่างรวดเร็วและไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ เราขอแนะนําโรงแรมอัมพราและจะกลับมาอย่างมีความสุขในอนาคต ☺️

โรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวแห่งนี้ไม่คู่ควรกับคะแนนเลย พนักงานต้อนรับที่พูดภาษาโครเอเชียใจดีและช่วยเหลือดีมาก เธอสมควรได้รับการยกย่อง ห้องสวยเหมือนในรูปทุกประการ อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวเพียงพอในห้อง และไม่มีเจลอาบน้ำหรือโลชั่นเลย เมื่อเราขอไปก็ไม่มีให้ – เป็นเรื่องยากที่จะจินตนาการว่าโรงแรม 4 ดาวจะขาดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานเหล่านี้ได้ เครื่องเป่าผมเสีย และเมื่อเราขอเปลี่ยนก็ไม่มีให้เช่นกัน พนักงานต้อนรับอีกคนพูดภาษาโครเอเชียไม่ได้เลย ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่เหลือเชื่อและน่าผิดหวังมาก
