Our extended family stayed for 12 days and loved every second of it. The hosts are wonderful, and the meals we had prepared were absolutely delicious. The house is incredible, with lots of space, a great pool and beautiful views. The nearby town of Gubbio is charming, making Casa Minotti a perfect base for exploring Umbria.

If You have never been in the center of Italy, You MUST pass in Gubbio at “CASA MINOTTI” where me and my wife stayed for the last nights before going back in the States. The landscape is something wonderful while for what concerns the services and hospitality is divine, 10 stars over 5!! (here you can really feel “The Real Italian Lovely welcome”) I’m writing this review now but I passed the days in Casa Minotti during the last weeks of April, which is in my opinion the best period to visit it. Hope you’ll have the same experience that me and my wife had. Bests Jack

Siamo stati ospiti di Casa Minotti più volte, ed è sempre una piacevole conferma Ogni anno Oda aggiunge qualche nuovo dettaglio alle sue splendide case. Quest’anno la sorpresa più grande è stata trovare, incluso nel costo della prenotazione, l’ aperitivo serale. Una vera e propria cena, della qualità tipica di Casa Minotti Grazie Oda!

Relax, tranquillità e cordialità ciò che ci è stato offerto a Casa Minotti. Consigliato per amici e coppie per ritrovare il benessere. Piscina sauna e jacuzzi immersi nel verde. Camere ottime con ogni comfort e servizi ottimi. Sicuramente ci tornerò

L'emplacement de cette maison d'hôtes est très agréable: calme absolu, environnement ouvert sur la campagne, accès facile à Gubbio malgré l'éloignement (10 km). On apprécie particulièrement les annexes proposées par la propriété: piscine, jardin potager, vaste terrasse. La bâtisse, une ferme entièrement rénovée, est particulièrement agréable. Chambre au mobilier rustique mais de bon confort. Salle de bain très fonctionnelle: belle douche à l'italienne et sanitaires modernes. Climatisation efficace et silencieuse. Accueil convivial, petit-déjeuner sucré/salé proposant des produits locaux. Excellent café à l'italienne. Un bémol: portes d'accès aux chambres à revoir: serrures à l'ancienne, bruyantes, peu pratiques à l'utilisation
