The staff are the best! Very friendly and helpful, they helped us book tours and also travel around Mendoza by ourselves. The breakfast included with the room was very good. At first I thought the location was a little bit remote, but it turned out to be right for us, not in the core of the city but close enough to get to downtown in just a few minutes.

Excelente atención y predisposición del personal. El hotel hermoso, muy cómodo y moderno. Nada para mejorar. El desayuno muy variado y rico. Tiene mucho lugar de estacionamiento. La limpieza es excelente. Nos sentimos como en casa, y eso que eramos 16. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

habitacion con falta de intimidad , no pudiendo tenerla con luz natural, ni abrirla ya que daba al sector de piscina y sillones ,con gente ,que parecía estar compartiendo nuestra habitación !!!!! servicios a la habitacion extremadamente caros, por ejemplo agua mineral con un precio excesivo de $340, cuando el normal de mercado es de 80, deben cuidar ese detalle y no abus**** en los precios, sobre todo del agua, en todo caso deberian disponer de dispensers para uso gratuito, como corresponde a un servicio esencial y que de los grifos no sale agua potable.

Hermoso hotel,de facil acceso al centro y demas lugares turisticos de Mza.Excelente desayuno.El restaurant muy bueno tambien ya que ofrecen opciones sin gluten.Muy comodo el acceso a la cochera. Solo recomiendo aloj**** en las habitaciones posteriores por los ruidos de la autopista.

La estadía estuvo increíble, ubicación tranquila y cercana a Mall con patio de comida y supermercados, todo salió mejor de lo esperado, todos en el hotel muy amables y educados y las instalaciones de primer nivel.

Excelente hotel, muy amplio y cómodo. El personal es super atento, las habitaciones son cómodas y se descansa muy bien. Volveré sin dudas. En cuanto al restaurante debo decir que es de muy buena calidad. Recomiendo las empanadas mendocinas.
