We have symtayed in several hotels around the UTSW medical complex. This is the best one yet for the price. Not perfect but close, and cost less than $100. We will go back.

This is a very convenient location for Dallas Love and DFW flight issues.

The room they gave me was SMOKED out and I booked a non-smoking room. They gave me another room but when I pulled back the blanket it was hair all on the bed . There was only one wash cloth in the room I had to request for more. The floor and so trash on it and the elevator smelled like piss.

Overall it was very nice the people are very nice. House keeping people were very nice. Also Resturaunt hostess was always accommodating and very polite. The location was very good and the shuttle service is excellent. Resturaunt on location is great. Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets.

Didn’t clean my room , even after asking that it be done at the front desk. Vending machine on ground floor would not accept credit cards (and staff knew about the problem). Online it says shuttle is offered free anywhere within 5 mile radius, but no, that is untrue. Would not stay here again.

Overall good experience, Staff & Service helpfull. Just in my opinion the floor rug and furniture looks a bit dirty and old (at least in my room).

The facility was nice WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED. STAFF WAS VERY NICE FRIENDLY. THE SECRITY MAN WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. THE AREA AROUND THE BUILDING WAS NOT VERY NICE, HOWEVER THE SITE HAS A GREAT CIRCURITY FENCE CAMERAS AND A FULL TIME SECURITY GUARD. SO I PAID TO LEAVE MY CAR THERE FOR A WEEK INSTEAD OF PARKING AT THE AIRPORT. THE UBER RIDE TO THE AIRPORT TOOK 5 MINUTES. THE UBER DRIVER WAS GREAT. I WILL DO IT AGAIN IF NEEDED. HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS HOTEL AND PARKING SERVICE. EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECT FOR ME.

How about answering the phone? I called to cancel and nobody answered all day.

The beds are extremely hard like sleeping on a board. No blankets just a sheet to sleep with and poor pillows all that is provided is three 12x12 pillows also water does not get real hot for showers.

No water to purchase, and the facility was not clean. Staff were nice, but the overall cleanliness and convenience was lacking. Halls needed vacuumed, and fixtures had minerals covering them. Lack of maintenance over the years is showing. Chairs and carpets were very dirty. No snack shop, no water machine, only soda and energy drinks.

It was clean enough, but when we make another trip to Texas I will look for another option. The carpets need a good cleaning. Queen beds would be nice instead of full size. The little details need work. The staff was friendly. They were the one great thing about the stay.

Everything was great no problems checking in with our stay, would have great if a pool was available.
