ปัญหาแรกระหว่างการเช็คอิน โรงแรมไม่มีการจองของฉันในระบบ ครั้งที่สองก็ประสบปัญหาแบบเดียวกันกับการจองที่หายไป โรงแรมยอมรับอีเมลยืนยันการเดินทางของฉัน และฉันแก้ไขปัญหานี้ด้วยการเดินทางผ่านแชทในแอป เจ้าหน้าที่ตอบกลับภายใน 1 นาทีและเริ่มแก้ไขปัญหา 15 นาทีต่อมาติดต่อฉันทางโทรศัพท์พร้อมผลลัพธ์และขอโทษด้วยการชดเชยคะแนนประมาณ 10 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ โรงแรมมีแอปใหม่พร้อมข้อมูลทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับการสั่งเครื่องดื่มไปที่ห้อง การทำความสะอาด และอื่นๆ ดีมาก ฉันได้อัปเกรดฟรีเนื่องจากการจองที่หายไปตามคำขอจากโรงแรม การจัดวางเตียงดูแย่มาก เหมือนที่มหาวิทยาลัย :-). แปลกใจที่มีเพียงหอคอยเดียวสำหรับ 2 คนที่จองห้องคู่

I expected much more from NH Hotel. You come to the room and find a 20 year old TV without Smart functions, smudges on the walls, cleaning ladies are sitting on the floor in the hallway and being on the phone instead of cleaning. The advantage is the great breakfast and the service of the restaurant staff. Overall 3/5

Everything was good, the food was good, the view was great, but initially the wrong room was given to us, there were other travellers in the room when we went in, but that was quickly sorted out

Otel merkeze çok yakın, iki tren istasyonunun arasında yer alıyor, konum olarak muhteşem. Odalar çok temizdi ve ferahtı. Yemekler çeşit olarak azdı ama en azından geleneksel mutfaklar da vardı. Bir daha gidersem ilk düşüneceğim otel olur.

Leider enttäuschent auf ganzer Linie: das Frontoffice weiss nicht, wo die Sauna ist, die skybar ist geschlossen, der Roomservice kommt ungefragt ab 8 Uhr stündlich ins Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Hotel ottimo.. posizione lontana dal centro ma sinceramente ben servito.. stanza ampia e comoda. Arrivato in anticipo rispetto al check-in ma mi hanno dato subito la stanza.. in più hanno sauna e bagno turco ( peccato che nn c'è una vasca idromassaggio , visto che lo spazio c'è) piccola palestra e bel ristorante.. personale gentile ed educato

Es ist ein sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und für jeder man ist etwas dabei. Sehr freundliches Personal. Als kleiner Tipp, in der Red Bar kann man viel mehr Cocktails bestellen als auf der Karte stehen 😉 Ein kleiner Haken ist das sehr teure Parken. 2 Tage kosten ca 72€ mit Anreisetag im Parkhaus. Außerhalb ist das Parken fast unmöglich oder man läuft km weit bis zum Hotel.
