Beware! Gran Casa Xalisco are liars and swindlers. They have taken our money and ran. We were supposed to have our wedding reception there, but the staff is unhelpful, liars, and the owners have yet to set up a meeting with us. Do not waste your money at this place. ¡Tener cuidado! Gran Casa Xalisco son mentirosos y estafadores. Han tomado nuestro dinero y han huido. Se suponía que íbamos a tener nuestra recepción de bodas allí, pero el personal es inútil, mentiroso, y los propietarios aún no han concertado una reunión con nosotros. El hotel es bonito aunque le faltan detalles de decoración para hacerlo sentir acogedor y cuando entramos a la habitación fue decepcionante ya que la habitación no estaba bien limpia, el baño estaba sucio y tuvimos que pedir que lo asearan, las amenidades son de las más corrientes, el aire acondicionado hace más ruido de lo que enfría, la verdad no vale la pena

Por su ubicación y sus instalaciones decidimos no quedarnos, no hay personal, una solo persona atendiendo y no hay lugar para desayunar. Las habitaciones se veían bien, la relación precio y beneficio no es nada buena. Encontré un mejor hotel y a un mejor precio.
Espero hagan una mejor selección de hoteles antes de subirlo a la plataforma.

Para alguien que va de viaje de trabajo como yo, no es funcional, no se ve muy seguro en sus alrededores, no tienen pasta de dientes ni crema de cuerpo y literalmente no tienen nada más en el hotel, las áreas comunes muy desangeladas y no hay ni cafe.
