This is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

We stayed for 3 nights at Aza Cave Hotel. The hospitality from the staffs was wonderful. Every staff members were so friendly and awesome. They constantly update us if we are able to take the hot air balloon and shift us to the next day when it couldn’t fly, we still didn’t managed to fly due to bad weather condition. But it was still a remarkable experience for us. We were given an upgrade to the king suite which comes with outdoor balcony, fireplace and bathtub. The staffs at the breakfast area also provided us with good service and food, we had hot breakfast, cheese and bread. We also booked tours with them, all were great and awesome.

3 days was not enough. I felt the need to write this as I sadly wait for my flight home. I just absolutely loved the vibe of this family hotel. Beautiful from top to bottom. The terrace to watch the balloons and sunsets is really special and one of the highest locations with a wide view for it. The breakfast is clean, filling, and the cheese gozleme - so so delicate. We loved our cave suite, thoughtful toiletries and our own terrace facing Uchisar Castle. We were on a 16 day trip through Croatia and Turkey and this was the most comfortable bed we slept it. Every single person that we came in contact with that works there is genuine. Burkay is an above and beyond guy, so helpful and kind. Ozgur was our main contact person through what's app and he was always responsive and helpful in booking tours for us and even friendlier in person. You just have to do the balloon tour, this is coming from someone who freaks out at the slightest turbulence. Ozgur booked it for us and the company was supremely professional. It was a peaceful yet exhilarating experience. He also booked us a private tour with Elif and Ug. They drove us around the off the beaten path spots and honestly we just loved their company so much that we had a coffee and a meal together. If a pool is important, don't worry- they have a relationship with Aza so you can walk across the street for some pool time if there's availability. And then the town of Goreme.... such good customer service everrrrywhereee. Full of charm! Lively at night, peaceful during the day. All within walking distance! I WISH I stayed LONGER. So please, don't hesitate.. book here and create this memory for yourself too.

การเข้าพักที่สัชเสร่ของเราดีกว่าที่เราคาดหวัง ผู้คนที่นั่นทําให้ดี ห้องพักของเราสวยงามและดูเหมือนในภาพถ่ายถ้าไม่ดีกว่านี้ อย่างเดียวที่ไม่ชอบคือมันไม่กว้างขวางพอสําหรับสิ่งที่เราจ่ายไปมันค่อนข้างอึดอัดไปหน่อย ที่พักโดยรวมก็ยอดเยี่ยมวิวจากระเบียงของบอลลูนทุกเช้าสงบดีมากๆ การบริการดีมากโดยเฉพาะจากเสม็ดที่แผนกต้อนรับที่คอยให้บริการที่ดีที่สุดและจริงใจและเป็นส่วนตัวเสมอ ขอบคุณคุณเกมาลมากที่จัดกิจกรรมให้เราทั้งหมดโดยเฉพาะการนั่งบอลลูนและจัดการรับเที่ยวบินดีลักซ์ที่เราต้องการ! :) อาหารเช้าที่ที่พักก็อร่อย คุณมีอาหารเช้าแบบตุรกีเต็มทุกเช้าและการบริการของ Orhan ยอดเยี่ยมมาก เขายังเสิร์ฟอาหารเช้าให้เราหลังจากเวลาผ่านไปสองสามวันเนื่องจากเราตื่นสายและจะเสริฟเรา complimentary drinks ทุกๆ อย่างบ่อยมาก ทุกคนที่ที่พักช่วยเหลือดีและคอยคุยด้วยเป็นกันเองตลอดและตัวสถานที่ก็อลังการเพียง ทําเลก็ไม่เลวที่เราสามารถเดินไปใจกลางเมืองได้ในเวลาไม่ถึงสิบนาทีจากที่พัก ซึ่งเยี่ยมมากเพราะห้องอาหารของโรงแรมไม่ได้เปิดบริการอาหารกลางวันหรือเย็นเลย เยี่ยมมาก ที่ศูนย์ใกล้มากๆ
