I booked a stay in this Hacienda but when I arrived, nobody was there and i could not contact them. Through their website I found out they were closed for a month, yet I had a reservation and they even asked me to check-in online a day before and did confirm it!!! Is it fraud?! Or they just don’t care about customers?! Anyhow would not recommend to book this because you can’t in any way depend on it!!! At least show the decency to cancel my reservation in advance and don’t send me messages to check in online and confirm it!!
