Ok. Arrived at night though. It was convenient for a overnight stay to get a little rest.

The room smelt so musty and mildewy that I had to sleep with the window open all night. When I woke up the humidity overnight seemed to interact with something in the carpet that smelt like cat urine.
This was the worst hotel I've ever been in I travel often. I have been to some nice Super8's this isn't one of them.

Very pleasant stay - good value for the price. Beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Delightful staff at check-in and check-out. Hotel was quiet and my husband and I slept well. I am sometimes dubious about economy hotels but this one definitely was a positive experience. 100% will stay again when I return to Franklin VA on business. Thank you hotel staff for your hospitality and kindness!

Tv didn’t work. No phone in the room to contact the front desk. Bathroom cleanliness could’ve been better. It looked like a blood stain on the wall meat the sink and a large black dirt mark on the wall across from the toilet. Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable and squeaked any time you moved around.

Check-in was startling - I booked a king size bed room but was told upon checking in that the only king sized beds were on the 2nd floor AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Having a torn meniscus in my right knee prevents me from climbing any stairs. We were then given a choice of a queen or 2 double beds room & then told that there was no price difference - which when I was booking the room there definitely IS a price difference.
Not only was the room noisy from outside traffic, the beds made horrible noises! And don’t even get me started on the pancake pillows!!!

I stay at this Super 8 multiple times a year. It is as advertised. The staff are kind and hard working. My room is always cleaned.
