The property has a central location with good access to the better dining options in Fort McMurray. I use the Red Arrow coach service between Edmonton and Fort McMurray and this hotel is across the street. The staff here are also very helpful when my fellow travelling team members need to hand off a vehicle between users.

Stayed there a week and my room was never cleaned garbage stacked up and towels and sheets got pretty dirty

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The lobby area is well maintained and decorated with convenient layout. However, the rooms are dated, the electrical outlets needs to be changed as they are very loose so charging takes a long time. The rooms could use some makeover.
