We checked in at 10:10pm and checked out at 6:30am , both time there's no one at the reception. Location is OK, very close to the bus stop. Room is medium clean, a bit damp and dark

The hotel is nice and beautiful, it has a backyard. The room is spacious, clean and good lighting. I really like their shampoo and shower gel.

Very nice hotel near the city center. A 10min walk gets you to the Duomo. The staff is very responsive and involved

房間乾淨整潔，古香古色，房間不大，有熱水壺，出門右轉300米有家大超市，路上有家巴基斯坦風味烤肉夾饃，味道不錯。酒店不遠有11路和17路公交車，直達佛羅倫薩新聖母車站，差不多20分鐘就到了。大家可以提前下載at bus app買票，或者1.7歐一個人之間投幣也行。

The service was great. Although it mentioned that the front desk will close after 2pm, a detailed check in process and other important information will be provided in advance by the hotel. Thus, the self check in process was completed smoothly.
Also it was convenient that a huge supermarket nearby. Another excellent point is that the hotel offered slippers!
For me the only negative comment is that the shower room is a bit too small.

La ubicación, pese a estar lejos de las atracciones turísticas (a unos 25min andando), es muy bonita. Un area señorial, espaciosa y agradable. El personal es amable y el hotel ofrece servicios adecuados. No obstante, la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Las toallas son muy viejas y visiblemente amarillentas, hay mucho polvo en la habitación (suelo, cortinas). Desde el primer día percatamos rodillos de polvo en el suelo y han estado durante toda la estancia (entrando el personal a diario a “limpiar”). Respecto a las camas; son exageradamente incómodas, parece que estás acostado sobre tablas de madera. Una pena, necesitan invertir en mejorar limpieza a fondo y camas. Gracias.

We arrived at the hotel pretty late as we were travelling from Rome. Gabriele was pretty prompt and sent us all the necessary information ahead of our arrival as the reception service was until 3pm on Sunday.
The room was surprisingly nice and clean, and indeed exceeded our expectation. Even though for just a night I thought this was a pretty good one.
Nearby hotel has a nice pasta restaurant Al Peposo, just need to walk about 10 mins. Day time you can just walk towards town areas, you won’t get bored with the surroundings.

If you need a small, quiet and peaceful stay in Florence, a bit away from the constantly crowded city center, please check out this beautiful hotel. Gabrielle is super polite and friendly and he helped us with all the things we needed during our trip.
